This is collection center inc.  They are out of Bismarck & Mandan ND.  They do a lot of collections for medical centers and such.  They are rude people who will out right lie to you with-out giving it a second thought.  This P.O.S. company has been told several time not to call but they still do.  I have reported them to the fair collection act and encourage you all to do the same thing.  Their thinking is that they are better than you, and try to intimidate you.  I suggest you read up on the fair collection act, and get to know what these snakes are allowed to do and not.  For example, you can tell them not to call you place of residence and work place.. tell them to coordinate through your attorney and a good attorney will tell them to blow it out of their a$$ and to respond to them in writing.  You can do the same as well.  Do not be afraid to tell these collection business where to go, you do not have to deal with them, even though they will tell you differently.  If you owe a business money, fine and deal with them directly.  If the business tells you it has been turned over for collections, then tell them to bad, you want to work out something or not?  If they choose not, then under law with proof, you don't owe them s***.  The collection will charge 33 % of the bill, to the business who turns them over.  So what, 33% of nothing is still nothing.  Again don't give them the time of day, they are not worth it.

cci is collections center inc ... they use several different numbers to call about delinquent bills.  if you are getting calls from this number, you are probably getting calls from other numbers used by this company.  Just tell them to contact you by actual mail and that you won't handle any business by phone.  And tell them that you will report for harassment if they don't stop calling and remove you from their list.

This number is calling my parents house looking for me. (not my place of residence) but won't leave a name or message or anything. anyone out there know this number?
