Get their name & address, if they are legit, they should have no problem giving you their legitimate name and business address, then send them a cease and desist letter via certified US mail..

They keep calling for someone named Patrick but there is no patrick at my number> I told them this twice now and told them what my name is (its not PATRICK) and they said both times that they would correct it in their records but they still keep calling. I just let it go to voicemail now but Im getting mad. Im going to tell them one more time that there is no patrick connected to my cell number and then if they continue to call my number looking for this person, Im going to call and report them as harassing me.
