Just received this call from 701-248-1496. As all the other telemarketing or scam call, they let the phone ring 4 times, would not leave a message and hung up. If it is important there would be a message.

Got a call from 701-248-1496 ,did not answer , let the machine answer. Message about someone ordered a medical alert system for me, just had to reply to them. I did not reply to them. Some sort of scam.

I Received a bogus call that I ordered a Medical alert system with number 701-248-1496 and
they were ready to deliver-- I ordered nothing from this these people!

Received call from this number (701-248-1496), listen to their unrehearsed garble able a free "Life Alert" system (they said a friend or relative had purchased it for me) - press 1 to confirm shipping and press 5 to decline . . . I hit 5 and hung up; hope there is no secret charge when a 5 is pressed (I seem to remember some scam a few years back when someone called from somewhere in S. America and if you hit the "decline" number, you suddenly got charged $1000 a minute for the call on your phone bill). Don't answer or just hang up.

Received a call that showed U.S. Postal @ 951-697-4577 saying there was nothing wrong with my credit card
but they need to talk to me about for actually trying to sell something?

NUMEROUS CALLS FROM ALL OVER THE NATION - The latest one today was from Minto, ND - 701-248-1496
I did not answer - when I do answer unknown callers sometimes there is no one there - Is there anything we can do to stop this. It is so annoying - I am listed on do not call.gov

Got a call from these Shysters hawking a - "Someone has paid for you to have a FREE medical alert device" What a crock of s***! They are clever as they have a recorded message that is done in such a way that you think the call is live, course when I'm yelling - "I'm on the DON NOT CALL LIST and the recording keeps going one realizes that it's not a live call
So if 701-248-1496 calls Report these Flim Flamming Crooks

Report these to the National Do Not Call Registry. The more folks that report these chronic, frequent offenders the greater the results.
The DNC does take action but normally, as with anything type of excessive abuse, there's strength in numbers ... in this case the number of complaints.

The caller says he is from national senior assistance program. Says I must have opted in somewhere. Told him not to even try that line bcz I knew better. Upon further investigation I find that there is a Better Business alert on this scam. They try to get you to devulge personal information.

SSDD. Preying on Seniors. Says you can get $3000 in grocery savings if you speak to their representative and, by the way, you can get a life alert system for free. Go ahead and press 1, then when the "representative" comes on blow the loudest whistle you have into the receiver. Maybe then these leeches will get the message that a Do Not Call List should be honored.

It amazes me. The government has satellites in space that can look down from 200 miles up and see if I have a joint in my sock. The NSA is listening to our phone calls and reading our emails. The cops and some corporate b*****ds are photographing our license plates and creating a data base of who was where and when they were there, but they can't stop the damned telemarketers, even when they use the same phone numbers every day. Sure makes you wonder.

Second time calling. No clue who, what they want . Been getting numerous calls this month, especially past two weeks from: Unknown caller, Toll Free Number, various states: IL, ND, CA etc... August must be "bonus" month for the telemarketers paycheck!
