Just did an extended search/tracer of this number. It is based out of Fargo, Quest is the issuer.  It is a land line affiliated with Easter Seals.

We received a call that is exactly the same as the other comments.  A lady phoned our home residence, and when my husband answered she asked to speak with his wife (by name) when he said I wasn't home, can he take a message, she said "no" and hung up. ???

I had this # in my caller ID last week, no message was left and last night another call. I wasn't home, my husband answered and he said it was an older sounding lady with a very gruff voice, she asked for his wife and when he said I was gone she hung up immediately.

Older sounding lady called, asking for my wife.  I said that she wasn't home and the lady hungup.  I called her back on my unlisted line and she answered "Will and Mary here how may we help you" , I then just hungup.
