I get calls from this number I get a recording that the number is being dialed when I answer it. Then I just hang up... I have no idea whom is calling me or how this number got to them.

Ever since my phone was reinstated on Friday the 18th they keep calling several times a day. I don't answer no vmail is left. No one in ND even knows who I am! Cant find any info on this number either.
