I habe been receiving calls from this number for about a week now. I they have just finished calling for the 11th time today. I have picked up before but there is no one there and the call ends within 10 sec of answering. Anyone have a solution for this?

This number keeps calling. Its just dead air then hangs up after 10 seconds.

Just called our office 3 times. Once at 1:32 pm, 1:40 pm and then again at 1:46 pm - dead air every time. This is ridiculous already! Called back and it just rang and rang.

Everyday I get a few calls from this number. Each time it is dead silence and then it disconnects. Finally I tried to call it back and absolutely nothing happens. Nothing shows on my caller id but the number. So annoying.

Our Fire Department receives several calls per day from the 701-552-9058 number. No one is there when we pick it up.

I get these calls everyday. Different numbers and different states.There is never anyone on the other end and it's disrupting my business and driving me crazy. I am an HVAC contractor. I got a call just before this started regarding my subscription to HPAC magazine. This could be coincidence so I am cancelling all of my magazine subscriptions and letting them know that it is because of these calls. If everyone here did this these calls would cease. I am currently subscribed to HPAC, Mechanical Business, Plumbing+HVAC and Consumer Reports. They are all being cancelled today.

Just got a call from this phone number today. Nothing but silence and no one in this house is HVAC so that blows your theory from a couple years ago :P

I get several calls a day from this number!!!  I've never answered it (because of what was posted here)  Never leaves voicemail, no answer when I call it back.  ID says North Dakota.

So far today I have received two (2) calls, and I know I will be getting more, from this telephone number, the first ws at 1108am and the last one, so far, was at 229pm ..... I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST since it started ..... My Caller ID shows the call is coming from NORTH DAKOTA ..... I called ATT to report it but they want me to CALL THE NUMBER BACK AND TELL THEM TO STOP CALLING ME ..... How the HELL can you tell a MACHINE TO STOP CALLING YOU .....

Magazine subscription service...

the only way to stick this in its eye
is to block the number on your phone.
if you dont know how to do this
call your phone company ask how.

I just have to dial *60 (star, and 60)  and then #01#
and that blocks the last call received.
simple, and its done.

switch companies!

You can't make them stop. But you can eliminate their annoyance.  Install a call blocking system that goes straight to answer/hangup and never rings.  I did this years ago and except for the first call you'll never hear from them again.

This is very annoying.  I have several different "states" calling with no one on the line.  How do you stop this harassment?

Some telemarketer trying to see magazine subscriptions...seriously...told him no.no.no. dialed it back and it rang a number of times  - no answer, no answering machine.

I get phone calls from this number with the caller ID of North Dakota, but no one says anything when we answer. It's probably a company trolling for bites to see who answers at what time of day so they can sell the list to a telemarketing company.

I've received calls from this number on my business and cell phone.  It was a recording claiming to be Wells Fargo concerning a problem with my debit card.  I hung up both times and then called The published Wells Fargo phone number.  They told me it was a scam and to hang up when it called.
