Who are we going to hire

I was also charged for a call Sept 25/12 - $56.44  and I have not been able to get Bell to remove it. On my fourth attempt they told me to call a 1-800 # and ask them why they called me and report back to them. The # took me to an answering service.

charges appeared on my Primus bill for $56.44 , did not received this call and primus refused to credit back. this charges appeares again on new bill twice

I just received a bill for $54.95 thru my SaskTel account.  I called Sasktel and am furious that they would allow a scam company (whether it is Triton or Level2Tech) to represent Sasktel or have Sasktel represent them.  I was able to call Level2Tech and hopefully get the billing stopped, and I listened to a copy of the recording and the phone call with my employee was a scam 100%.

My issue is that SaskTel is aware of this yet will not immediately drop either Triton or Level2 even though the Sasktel rep knew who I was talking about even before I said the name of the scam company.  All I said was that I wanted to dispute a charge and he goes "Is it Triton?".

I get bombarded with solicitors every day, and the fact that Sasktel is linked into this fraud and the scammers are able to bill me, get my phone numbers thru my Sasktel account is scary and looks very poorly on Sasktel.

I spend $10,000 each year on my Sasktel account and I am right now looking into other companies to handle my phone services.  I am also looking into going to the newspaper to report that Sasktel is aware of this and is in bed with a fraudulent company and is doing nothing but leave it up to their clients to stop the billing.  Sasktel reversed the charges but so what?  The charges should never have been there in the first place.

If anyone else is having this problem please write as I think a lawsuit or public awareness is needed to protect us.

This number is appearing on our phone bills.  Bell has reversed the first charge, and now I am calling about another one.  They seem to be hitting our Kingston stores.

Was charged $49.95 for one minute.  It was a hang up.  Didn't even have an option to accept it as a collect call or not and yet have been billed for a collect call.  
Now waiting for Shaw to credit me.  They say it needs to be investigated but in the mean time, they made it so my business line could not accpet these types of calls.

Our business received two calls from this number; one on the 18th of Sept. the second on the 18th of Oct., just before and after 12:00 respectively.  So, appears as if it may be programmed to call.  Each billed for $56.44 for 1 minute duration.  I'm unsure if anyone answered these calls or if it went to voicemail.  When I called the number - in hindsight, probably a mistake - it was identified as "Level Two tech" via automated/recorded answer.  
Bell Canada removed the charges and they stated it was a company called Triton Global and that this company might still attempt to bill us now that Bell dismissed the charges.  Bell gave me this number to call to block any further charges 866-340-4990 (I believe it is Triton, not Bell but haven't attempted yet).

Also just got a hang up call from this number.  Will call Bell Canada right away!

On bell billing this number appears from Triton Global Buisness Services .  Collect call charging $56.44 .Even though I never accepted this collect call.  Trying to have the charge reversed by  Bell.

Got a call from this number 702-208-9192 on Sept 13/12.  No one was there just a hang up and was charged $49.95 for 1 minute.
Did a reverse look up and it says it is not in service but was traced to Laughlin, NV.

Received a call from this number (not collect) stating they were tech customer service.  They had our office address and said they wanted to send information.  I asked if there was a charge and the guy said No and that they just wanted to get their information out there, so we'll see.

jusr received a call from this number five minutes ago. Answered phone but no one responded so hung up. Then googled the number and here is where it led me.

I keep getting hang-ups from this number: 702-208-9192 at my workplace. I tried calling back but was just left on hold.

I called Sasktel and they gave me a credit for this scam. $54.95 for a 1 minute call.

I called Bell Canada - who removed this from my bill $57.96 - for a 1 minute call!!!!  It appeared as Triton Global Business Services 702-208-9192 also.  He did not confirm it was a scam but advised me to look on google and here I am.  Have spent alot of time getting this sorted out!!!!  Ugghhhh

Called TELUS to inquire about this collect call and learned that it's a known phone scam/fraud. Shows up on billing as "Total Triton Global" under Alternate Service Billing. Length of call was 1 minute. Charge for this call was $49.95.

Credited and blocked.
