This is the 2nd time they contacted me. I have replied with STOP to opt out. Yet they keep texting me about a free laptop computer. I am on the do not call list but I guess that doesn't matter to them.

I got a text message from this number. don't know them, and this is the second time. It costs me money to get these and it is always about selling me a dell laptop.
