I receive 15 up to 20 calls a day from this number. I don't have phone app to block numbers so I put them through straight to voice mail. They never leave a message I don't know what they want or why they are calling so many times. They are very harassing. How can we make them stop calling. I am on the do not call list but that doesn't do any good.

Blocking a Number on iPhone

Let me state it at the onset for you. First, your iPhone needs to be jailbroken if at all you want to get a phone number blocked. What's more, you need to install an application that has appropriate settings for doing the same. There are two extremely good applications called iBlacklist and our very own Google Voice App. Here's describing about both to save you from those annoying calls.

iBlacklist
With the help of iBlacklist, you can not only block phone numbers, but text messages too. What's more, this application comes with a scheduler so that you know when it is possible for a person to reach you and when it is not.
?    To start with, download this application for free from the Cydia Store.
?    When you're done downloading it, open it, and tap the screen in order to enable the app by selecting blacklist.
?    Followed by that, enter the number you want to block. You can also go to your phonebook and then select the numbers you wish to bar.
?    When you're done selecting numbers, click on the Add to List option and put all the selected numbers in the blacklist.
?    After you've done that, from the menu, select Settings Calls and choose hang up, ignore the call, or no action, whichever option you prefer for the number. Similarly, you can block an SMS from a particular person by adding their phone number in the blacklist.
Google Voice App
Google Voice App, unlike iBlacklist, offers you three options for blocking phone numbers. Here's how you block a phone number with the help of Google Voice App:
?    Go to your phonebook and select the checkbox that's available right next to the name of your contact.
?    Then, select Edit Google Voice Settings and click on when this contact calls you.
?    When you're done with it, you need to send the caller to the voicemail. This will allow your caller to at least leave you a message on your voice mail, if not be able to converse with you.
?    Here, you can mark the caller as spam and hence, your phone will not ring whenever this person calls you. Instead, if he leaves you a message, you will be prompted when the message is sent to your spam folder.
?    Third option is, you can directly block the caller with which, the caller will hear a message 'this number is not in service'. Also, in your missed calls, this number would appear as Blocked.
?    Amongst all the features of blocking a phone number with the help of the Google Voice iPhone App is one feature where, when you're listening to a voicemail, you could just mark it as spam if the message is not required for you to hear. You just have to Press the 8 key, and the number will be marked as spam for all future calls.
Try the method out on your handset, and then come back here if it doesn't work. But if you're successful at blocking a phone number on your iPhone, you'll be free from all those unwanted calls that annoy the hell out of you, forever!

They called yesterday about setting up an internet business and training in online marketing and advertising, the software, tools and resources for making money online.  Cost $1800.00 to them to start.
Please respond. they are to call me in 2 hours.  they made it sound legitmate.

Calls multiple times per day.

I keep getting these annoying calls from this number.  No one will leave a message.  I would like for them to stop.  I get the same kind of calls & the same amount from 480.659.3618.  I have no idea why they are calling.  It is getting to be too much!

I have been receiving phone calls from 702-260-9956 ever since I subscribed at an ad entitled, "Use Basic Typing Skills to Get Paid" 2 weeks ago.  Somehow they ended taking $19.95 out of my checking account.  I did not give anyone my bank, credit or visa information.  I spoke with someone the first time they called (Auto Pilot Home Profits is the name of the company that has that phone number) I told them it was a mistake on my part and did not intend on going into business on my own. I was not interested. I were merely researching the information on the link that I received in an email. Below is what was in the email when I open it.  I hope this will help other to not be scammed.

I have been recieving these calls for a few months now, however I did sign up for the at home business...and soon after told the "solicitors" that I was uninterested in continuing on. I then continued to recieve numerous calls at 8 pm est or later and one rep was EXTREMELY rude and stupid. I think this is all probably a scam of some kind. Beware of this number!!!!

Just had a phone call from this number bout setting up an internet company, as soon as they found out I'm not long out of being insolvent the phone pretty much ended.
