I'd have to agree with previous person. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message, but I did just place an order with zappos.

Zappos.  Didnt answer, but placed a slightly problematic order.  Their customer service is second to none in the industry, it likely was a courtesy call to personally explain the situation (they sent an email as well)

I just got a call from this number claiming to be an on-line company.  They asked for me by my full name and said someone had just tried to order a laptop using my _____ credit card.  I asked if it ended in - - - - and they said "yes".  I told them the card was being closed and they shouldn't accept the order.  Then I called my credit card company and found out that my card with that number was already closed.  THEN I called the number directly from my caller ID and got a recording that sounded like it was from the phone company saying "The number you have dialed has been disconnected or is no longer in service.  Please dial again."

Lorilee is correct. My mother called me from this number this morning.

The number is in fact Zappos.com customer service - it is only an outgoing line - so you will never be able to call this number directly back to speak with anyone.
