This company is  scam! They also go by the name Touch Base Communications, saying they are out of Neptune, NJ. Such liars. They say they are with Verizon, then proceeded to bash Fios! What idiots!! Then you cannot call the number back! It is just busy! Don't people have better things to do--like get a real job!!  So frustrated!!

SCAM ARTIST...

We, at my business, get calls all the time from this "company". Before we were aware that it was a scam, we mistakenly said "yes" when they asked if we used Verizon and they used that same recorded "yes" to rack up our bill hundreds of dollars of insane fees and charges. We called Verizon and got it all squared away but when he called a day or so later, he got very upset when the owner wouldn't allow him to ask his questions.

This guy calls and pauses for a while then asks for a specific person working at our office.  When I said he's not in, he pauses, then hangs up.  Called back but get a busy signal.  So damn annoying.

this is a malicious scam-they will record your voice and then use the recording as a voice signature as your approval for them to rape you phone bill every month. be cautious and hang up immediately. i alerted the local authorities and verizon and as of this point they are difficult to catch so you need to just HANG UP ON THEM IMMEDIATELY

I get at least one call every two days from these rude and obnoxious people.  
I don't understand how they make their money, as their approach seems to be based on pissing people off.

KEEP GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM DELTECH INC AT 702 266 9400.  I ANSWER THE PHONE AND NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING.  VERY ANNOYING.

Received a call past three mornings, they say nothing and just hang up. Almost sounds like a automated machine calling.

Some loser that isn't educated enough to get a real job called from this number and demanded to speak to my boss.  He demanded that after I already hung up on him twice because I have no respect for pathetic idiots trying to scam me.  [removed:lang] says, "Put your boss on the phone".  I say, "Who the [removed:lang] are you you stupid [removed:lang] ? I am the boss!" and hung up on him again.  Lol!

He was so pissed he called back and threatened me with a lawyer and said the conversation was being recorded.  I told him to [removed:lang] again and hung up.  Still waiting on that legal action, for what I don't know.  These people are pathetic.

The thing is I already know what they are trying to do.  They put some 3rd party charge on your phone bill if you are dumb enough to fall for it.

Caller, if you are reading this I want you to know that your threats are not scary at all and that you are as cowardly as they come. You should be worried if I ever find you because I will twist [removed:lang]

Calls here every few days. Asks for business owner and when I say she's not available, he hangs up. Very frustrating because he keeps calling!

Call from 702-266-9400 indicating Verizon acct. bill will have some change in next month bill. Told her that I wasn't the person in charge of that acct. and asking if she was calling from Verizon, she hung up on me.   I feel Verizon should check up on this company for their customers.

A man called our office from 702-266-9382 today. When I answered, identifying our company name, he said, "I'm sorry. I have the wrong number." He hung up immediately. Annoying but not much we can do about it.

Someone from Del Tech called my company asking who was in charge of our Verizon Phone Account. When I asked what was this in regard to, he said something about being a 3rd party provider.

They asked to speak with the person in charge of our Verizon landline account, which is me, I asked for their name and company, he told me Touchbase, a third party for Verizon, then asked if I had Verizon for our line.  We do not, we have Vonage.  I informed him that, he said oh hang on, and hung up.

Caller from Del Tech 702-266-9382 called my office and was soliciting for my business.  Something for the phone service as he pretended to be from Verizon.  Not sure what he wanted but when he called me a do***e bag, I immediately hung up the phone.  I guess that he has no mother or father that raised him.  Must be homeless and desparate for money.  Don't know who would give this person a job as he has no manners and insults potential customers.  What a great telephone salesperson.  Guess that he could sell cows feces to the farmers.

VERY RUDE!!!!! Just leave them on hold!! VERY disrespectful MAN!!!

I answered this call and the caller said he wanted to speak to the person in charge of the Verizon account and I told him that he called a "do not call number" - he then called me a "do***e bag" - I said are you kidding and he said it again and then he hung up.What in the world can be done about this?

when I call back the number it rings back busy.

i answered with company name, asked if I knew what it is, (the name I guess), asked to talk to the account manager, I asked who I was speaking to, he responded "people, people like you, I gave him the VP's name, then he hung up.

Asks for the person responsible for handling our Verizon account.  I ask them to hold on then hang up.  It should keep them busy waiting for a few seconds anyway.

Reads as DELTECH INC. Hang up. No message.
