I received my first call today from Debra of Touchbasetel.com but the caller id showed Deltech Inc 702-266-9401.  She offered me reduced telephone rates similar to what other writers above were offered.  I haven't experienced the repeated harassing phone calls (yet)!

Have read all complaints about this company repeatedly calling.  Have not and will not answer their calls.  They are calling my business line and I wish for it to stop.  CID reads Del Tech Inc. ,  from 702-266-9401

Received a Call from them claiming to be At and t  and wanting to save us some money on our small business plan... If I had not been paying attention when he was closing the deal and he through the billing and new name in there i would have been scammed!
I said you claimed to be at and t and this is false information .  
Do not call back.

I keep getting phone calls from "Deltech INC" 702-266-9401 at least four times a day on my business phone. I've answered at first to the call and no one said anything. Now I just stopped answering the calls and they never leave a message. Today I got tired of the calls and researched the number that lead me to this forum. This was so helpful! Thank You.

Same thing here using the 702-266-9401 # asking for the person in charge of AT&T Account. I said myself and he said I should be home with my terminal. I called the number back 4 times on different phone lines and it sounds like he is saying "Temporary Labor" when answering  but will not speak speak after that. Everyone..PLEASE report this phone # if you receive a call !

Get this call multiple times a day,every day. I figure if it was really important they would leave a message which of course they never do. Glad to know it is not just me receiving these pain in the neck calls, get rid of them! Thank God for caller ID

They called me three more times from this number and two more times from 702-266-9401.  They call and hang up and then call right back.  I filed an FCC complaint and DNC complaint and urge the rest of you to do the same.  The more of us who complain the bigger the fine these jerks will get.

This number called me today too.  I answered and no one was there, just like a lot of you folks.  Caller ID showed Deltech Inc.  The only caller ID close to that I want to see is DelTaco calling to tell me I won a lifetime supply of tacos.    

Call repeatedly asking to talk to the person in charge of the ATT acount. Asked if they were actually ATT or a diferent company and the girl said "Jesus" and hung up.

Caller ID showed DEL Tech but the woman said she was calling from AT&T to notify us that our business rate was being decreased as of March 1,2014 and all additional fees were being reduced 30%.
Told her we didn't want additional services.  She said that wasn't the purpose of the call and ended the call by hanging up on me.

I answered the phone and said "CIA Headquarter, how may i direct your call" they hung up amd never called again . >;)

No one answered

Have been calling me daily for over a month...never leaves a message and when I do answer and say Hello, no one is there.
today when they called I answered and didn't say anything, this guy finally goes "is the owner there?".  I said this is the owner but before you start, why do you call everyday and when I answer no one is there.....he hung up.

OMG, they call once or twice a day.  No one is ever there so I can tell them to stop calling.  Very annoying.

I decided to answer the phone and no one was there..Caller ID said DelTech Inc.  Checked out what everyone was saying and want to thank you all for the heads up.

Woman called in saying she was calling about our Verizon business account and that Verizon would be charging $18.95/line instead of $28.95/line now.  She also stated that "nothing else would change, everything would stay exactly the same", I questioned why Verizon would ever agree to this.  With that, she mentioned that our bill would not be coming from "Touch Base Communications" and when I said, "no, no, no...", she hung up on me.  I decided to jot down the number that dialed in and Google the name.  Sure enough, the number shown here is a match and the company name comes up.  This is yet another company trying to edge in on innocent people and take over their phone billing.  Terrible!!!

Rec'd a call from a Deltech rep claiming AT&T was lowering rates to be more competitve with Warner and Comcast. This rep did have my current plan and rates, very misleading....At the point they switch you to a  "recorded conversation" to verify your new prices....that's when you will hear that you are actually being switched.  Shows up as Deltech, but the recording says you are switching to Touchbase Communications.This call came into our business and was quite believable---I had to ask directly if they were a reseller of services, even then they tried to gloss over it with more lies.  BEWARE

Caller id says Deltech Inc.  Caller hung up and it rings busy if you call back.  Why do they even call if they are just going to hang up.  I could hear all the telemarketers in the background before the hang up....they are so clever!

I just got the call.  She did give me her phone number when I told her I had to do some research before I made up my mind.  It's a 702 number, which is Las Vegas.  What I want to know is has anyone gone with them and is it for real?  My bill would go down $35/month if it's for real.

I said no one here handles it.  They hung up.  It is annoying getting several calls a day at a business
phone, since you HAVE to check the caller ID in case it is a REAL customer.

Just another telephone reseller wasting everyone's time.

So I called back to ask them to take me off their calling list, but the number doesn't even work! This is shady and I hate calls like this. This is my business where I do my business, my number isn't meant for others to sell me things or do their own business while wasting my time!!!

They called yesterday and immediately announced that they were approved by AT&T as a wholesaler.  I had to speak to the supervisor, too.  Kinda odd.    They did have information on my phone lines, even the fax line, which isn't published.  They offered rates that were strangely low - $20 for a line I'm paying $33 for.  I was told to be suspicious of deals that seem too good to be true!  Permanent rates - no contracts.  Sounds awesome, but I wanted to check them out and found this site.  Scary.  I asked them to fax me information, which they did reluctantly and then have called me twice since then just today.  Makes me nervous.  Has anyone actually used these people?

Got a call from (Called ID DALTECH, INC 7022669400) at 1113 AM today 6-28-13. Guy on phone said he was from AT&T and due to deregulation our rates would be lowered.  Asked if I was an Authorized person, I indicated yes and when I asked again for a reference # and if he was calling directly from AT&T he just talked over me and hung up!

I called back and it rang busy.
