Typical dinner-time hang up call. Call to number gets a not-in-service recording.  Frustrating.  If you know who Thais jerk is, leave a post, please.  I'm an attorney & can write a pretty scathing letter with. A copy to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Got calls from this number and it always hangs up. Very frustrating.
