On my Bell bill there is this collect call (code 4e) from ICS (US to Can) for 10 minutes.  This is a completely bogus call.  We looked up the number and apparently it's somewhere in Las Vegas! I called bell to complain and they said all they can do is lodge a complaint with ICS and they warned me there may be "administration fees" which is total crap.  I am betting this is a scam, and Bell better not make me pay for it!
