I get calls from this message constantly (on both my home line and my cell phone) but I never answer. Got another call just today (a few minutes ago) on my home line.
Only one time did someone leave a message and it indicated "Call back right away, this is regarding elimination of your time share maintenance fee". We do own a time share but the maintenance fee is definitely not going away, as a matter of fact it was just raised this year. Needless to say I did not return the call.

Keep getting calls from this # above, when I have dialed back to see if they have an opt out, there is an ad for "Magic Jack". Then it says that my call can not be completed as dialed.

A man answered and verified my name, then admitted he was calling re: my timeshare (I do own). Asked if I like it; I said I love it. Asked if wanted to sell, and I said no. Then I asked him to take my number of his call list, and very politely he said "no problem m'am, I will.".
If you have ever attended any sort of timeshare event/promotion and gave your name and number, whether you bought or not, timeshare related businesses will call you. That means you consented; therefore the rules of the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY do not apply in your case. However, all the ones that have called me and I tell them to take my name of their lists, they do.

They keep calling me - SUNDAY NIGHT 10PM!! So when I called back it was an answering machine that said MAGIC JACK- which means this must be a PRIVATE HOME- lets ALL call and harass him at 3:00 am- 1:00 am!!! DO NOT CALL is useless- I have reported this number many times.

The Las Vegas number 702-347-1538 will call every other day or night.
They will call 'four' times every other day or night. Our telephone will ring
only four times on each call. Caller never leaves a message. We do not answer.
We registered with the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. Possibly Las Vegas is not
aware list exists.

This number is used to call often and they never leave a message. When you answer the phone, they hang up. Like they really don't want to talk to you--what kind of scam are they trying to run? Call the number and no one ever seems to be available and the mailbox is full???

On 12/8/11 I received a call from someone who said her name was Penny, and the she was calling from Timeshare Advocates. She said that Timeshare Advocates was a non-profit organization whose goal is to curb the negative press about timeshare ownership by showing owners alternative ways to utilize their timeshares. I was invited to attend a presentation at the local Red Lobster to listen and learn about this exciting news.
"Who can resist the appeal of a free meal?"
I asked her to call back the next day to give me time to speak to my wife about it. Actually, to give me time to do some research. Subsequently, I added her number to my blocked number list in Comcast Call Manager.
