Received multiple calls from this number and the following numbers:

I do not answer any call that I do not recognize the number. If its important, they will leave a voice message.  Periodically, I get an onslaught of calls.  This period it started last Friday.  I made the big mistake in trusting an online payday loan lender last year and ever since then, I get these calls.  I am so used to them now but since its been a long time I applied for a payday loan and I still get these calls, I realize they will not stop so I have to consider changing my number.

"Payday Helpers" and they want to "help with those bad Internet payday loans

called and said they represent a law office and that someone had made offenses against my name and Social Security number and that they were going to make a case on me this. Court
when I asked him what it was about what the person had then he would not tell me when I asked him to send documents to me so I can go and find a lawyer he hung up on me

They will not take me off there call list

Since last Wednsday I have been getting slammed with these dang calls. I have answered a few and said I was on the Do Not Call list. They turn around and call right back. Its getting so old and stressful.

Guess these folks go in for carpet bombing .. got 3 calls within 15 seconds ...

I literally just got 5 calls from them in the space of a minute.   (apparently they're changing tactics .. last week all the calls were from my area code.) Call blocker got them all, I hope.  Since I stopped cleaning out my voicemail, I figure at some point they'll get a "voicemail is full" message.

I got a call from that number twice, did not answer, it's out of my area code.  Reading these posts, I see it's a scam, because last week I DID take a call from my area code from 515-711-1603 and some woman with an almost impossible to understand foreign accent asked if I needed help with my payday loan online debts.  I tole her to put me on her DO NOT CALL list and hung up.  She probably sold my number to the company using 702-359-5559.

Also receiving interactive voice calls from this number. I don't know about your theories regarding researching payday loans online or them getting your number from a craigslist ad, as I have not done either of these. (I have only had this number for ~7 months though, so maybe these are calls still intended for the previous owner.) I am on the do not call registry and have filed a complaint online at: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/. I recommend everyone else do the same if they can. It only takes a short minute. Maybe our *ahm* trusted government will get to the bottom of it.

Every single day they call 1 time.  I just put them on my blocked calls so I dont have to hear it ringing. Not sure who they are but Im sure its not one of my favorites.

I have over 30 calls on my blocked list from foreign speaking individuals. The calls are from pre-selected numbers. Some state why they are calling, some get irate when you do not want what they are advertising/offering, some just hang up after you answer and others just hang up. I have even had a couple that left messages stating,  "they are attorneys, from FDIC Dept, investigators, etc and if I do not contact them there would be dyer consequences to include arrest". I contacted the Fraud Unit at my Local Police Station and they informed me that these are scam calls. I have reported each number on the ic3.gov website. The thing to remember is never give your personal information out over the phone.

I NEVER answer calls from numbers I do not know......and then I block them......end of story!

I receive a call from this number often.  I do not want to get calls from them.

starts calling about 8:30 in the morning, calls about 10 times a day. I never answer the calls since I'm not familiar with the number. It's a great nuisance getting these pesky calls though all throughout the day!

I returned  the miss calls(2 w/i  an hour) to this unfamilar number, on the other end "Chris Harris" states he called me about "my messy payday loans".  I asked if this was a machine or person? He replied that he is a real person....NOT!! I asked "Chris" to remove my number from his list, "Chris" states he would and hung up.  Cross you fingers this worked.

I have been receiving calls every day this week from this #. My # is on the Do Not Call List.

fight back, if you can block your number, call back. I did call them 20 times!

same thing happen to me, I block my call and callthem 20 times a day. if you can block your phone number , fight back!

Received call today from above number. Did not answer. Had recently requested information on payday loan on the Internet. What a mistake!. Getting calls galore and many speak such broken English that I can't understand them.

i have been recieving these calls like crazy. i to do nto answer calls i dont know ..since last week they have been blowing up my phone . numbers form Las Vegas Texas . Washington and mroe. one caller left me a voice messge stating that there are federal alegations against my social securtiy number and Driver licnse,
I am so tiredo f these scamsters. dont want to have to cahnge my number but they just dont give up.. ugggg..

Just received a call from this number. Since my phone can now block all calls except those on my list, they bounced off.

Been getting multiple calls from this number, often several times a day.  When I attempt to call them back, a recorded voice says "your call is very important to us" and then hold music plays for several minutes before another voice says "Goodbye".  Not sure who these SOB's are, but if/when they call back, I'll give them a piece of my mind.

They keep calling me as well.  You can report it to the FCC at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.  They usually help stop the calls.

I got several calls from this number and when I finally picked up I heard someone say it was Chris and asking for me by my first name. It sounded automated. When I didn't immediately respond it/he said, "Hello?" When I replied he/it went on to say that he/it was calling to see if I needed help with payday loans. I said no and he/it said, "Ok, thank you" and hung up. Although it responded appropriately, it definitely sounded automated.

I call my carrier  and  blocked the  number works  everytime

I keep getting calls from this number too.  I'd love to tell them I am recording the call, etc., but when I answer, they hang up.  How does this get them business and how do they make money doing this?

after a little hacking,,i found out that this and other like type companies get your number from craigslist ads,,,,,,especially when you run an ad selling an item over 100.00...
