i have had the same experience. this time they wont get my card but i will have then invoice me and not pay the bill. i will say that i never recieved the shipment. they also hit my checking account prior to this for 920.00, when i get my money back and i will, i will call them once a day and rub it in there face that i got my money back. all there threats are empty

blocking the anonymous calls seemed to work.  Never got any "merchandise". Never heard another word. I can't believe that we can put people in outer space but can't stop scammers!

Same scam, same threats.  Does he actually call your neighbors?  Can he actually hurt your credit?  When does he give up?  He got no money from us and the merchandise was sent back.  This guy is messed up.

Another number they are now using is 1-702-401-3435. Have been calling straight for 2 days every 2 - 15 minutes. Now using "Wireless Caller" on the caller ID.

Same thing - claimed to be calling for Harbor Freight.  Cancelled card when I found they weren't connected at all and notified Harbor Freight, Texas Attorney General, and the FCC since I am on do not call list. They had no business calling me since I had no prior business association with them, plus they were using a blocked number until I finally blocked all anonymous calls.  Does anyone know how long these calls persist?  They called non-stop for 2 days already when they found out card would not go through

WE are going through the same thing---
very threatening and RUDE.  I have went to the police they are investigating.  Sometimes they are Larry, Todd, JOE, Jimmy. They call all hours of the day and night.  They want our credit card number and when we refuse to give it to them--- they get UGLY!!!
Threaten to ruin our credit and call all of our neighbors.  ALL over hand cleaner!!!

Caller said we had won a free chop saw for being a past customer of Freight Salvage.  Needed us to give a valid cc number for payment of blades.  He was given cc number but we cancelled the card and reported to local sheriff office.  

4 days later, was called approximately 24 times after cc was rejected.  Caller was "Larry."  Extrememly abusive.  Reported again to local police authority.  Also reporting to Oregon BBB.

My grandparents have had the exact same experience.  I am reporting this to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office this morning.

Similar to Lee's experience.  Free drill for good customers if ordered a case of hand cleaner.  I told him didn't need that much so went with a split case of cleaner, oil and penetrating lube.   Cost for case was $216 plus freight. Credit card Bill was for $840.  When I called he said a split case was 24 cans each.  Very abusive and threatening.  Said he will ruin credit, call neighbors.  Called over me 32 times in 3 hours when I told him I was disputing charge on my card.  Called me over 30 times on Sunday.  Said his name was Pete Miller, would not give a physical address or supervisor.  This is the 4th day after discovering charge so I don't know how it will turn out.Reported to Colorado Attorney Generals Office.

I have had the same experience as Roxann. Calls at all hours, and calls repeatedly. Never leaves a message. Goes by Bob or Larry. Claimed we won a free drill. Needed to purchase Hand cleaner to redeem prize. Total quoted over phone was $26 including shipping. Checked with Credit card company the next day, and he charged us $558.60. Found out he charged us for a CASE of hand cleaner, Penetrating Lube (not ordered), Freight $69.25, Stock fee of $59.75. We refused the shipment and disputed the charge as fraudlant. We then recieved a bill also charging us $259.90 for the "FREE" drill. He continues to call repeatedly, day and night after asking numerous times for him to stop. Threatened to send our account to collections. Verbally abusive, Screaming and yelling at my wife and I. Have repeatedly asked for his name, and to speak with a supervisor. All requests have been denied. We reported him to the California Attorney Generals Office and the BBB. We Have some of the calls on tape.

Caller is persistent in calling every few minutes.  State he is from the "Freight Company".  Selling tools.  Claims we won a free tool and only need to buy supplies.  Never gave him the go ahead but claims he shipped the tools already and does not have the current expiration date or 3 digit code on back of the credit card. He now needs this information.  We never gave him the approval to ship the tools. I have asked to speak to his supervisor and that was when he became verbally abusive.  Keeps calling at all hours of day and night.  Threatening us with claiming credit card fraud.  Extremely nasty.
