They are using a robo-dialer to text every phone number in the US and Canada.  Its just one more law they are breaking.

Just received the same sms........... WTF!?!?!?!?!!!!????! Where the hell did they get my cell phone number from, 'cause nobody knows my 2nd phone number (knew number, never told to anybody!!)?!?!??? They think people are stupids?!? LOL....... I am not!!! I won't call any unknown numbers especially from abroad (I am Hungarian)!!! Hahaha... IDIOTS!!! Facebook never did a "Facebook Mobile Promotion" and never give 250 000 Fonts to anyone................. weak trying!!!

Of course, given the nature of this website (1-800-like numbers), these SMS reports are irrelevant to the number above since it's a +1 number. My apologies.

That said, the reports above also relate to that UK number, so people should know.

First, you haven't won anything -- it's a scam. Second, you shouldn't post your e-mail on here if you don't want to be bombarded by similar scams.

Its a lie.  There is no prize.  These messages were sent by thieves.  They will trick you into giving them money.  They will never give you any money.  

The message did not come from Facebook.

Delete the message.  Do not reply to it.
