called Sunday around 6 pm ; left no message

No your phone numbers are not being sold to these research companies.  They utilize a random digit dialing system that randomly dials numbers in an area code or prefix etc.  Research companies are NOT covered by the national do not call listing.  They are not selling you anything, they are collecting data to make the products we all use on a daily basis better.

call came in at around 9:45p from the same phone number (702.4055000)... I found out from MRC Research Group (800.6882672) that James T. Medick is no longer the CEO of that company.  Now he runs a company called Precision Opinion.

Their phone number is on the home page, but every time I call, everyone seems to conveniently be away from their desks. I have a feeling our numbers are being sold to these research companies... but by whom?

internet search resulted with James T. Medick as a "Las Vegas-Based Market Research CEO and Founder" with a test facility in The Venetian Hotel and Casino which also offers data collection nationally...MRCGroup

caller id says james t medick, never leaves a message, I am also on the do not call list and have an unlisted number...

Several calls have come from the phone number 702-405-5000, caller id says its James Medick.  Several calls a week. No one answers when I pick up. I've called back and there's no ringing or busy signal. No one answers. This is getting very annoying! I do not want this person or persons calling my home anymore!

recieved call at 7:37pm just hung up on me. I called back, the phone was picked up and a number wes pushed on the other end then hung up

2nd call from James T. Medick 6:00pm.  Called yesterday at 6:30 pm.  I am on the national do not call list.  I called back and also got the "all circuits are busy" message.  Can we do anything about this.

Call came in at 6:47 P.M. When I answered I heard a click as if they hung up.  Caller ID James Medick.    ANNOYING!!!  I am also on national Do Not Call List and I have an unlisted phone number.

Same thing, call came in on my cell at 9:00 pm, no message. I tried it back this am and kept getting a funky sounding "all curcuits are busy" recording.  Sounded like NV is working their operastors out of India...or somewhere that way.

Oh yeah, and it's 9 pm PT on 9/27

Came in w/James T. Medick.  I didn't answer.

I am registered on National Caller ID Listing. Positive because just checked this week and have been getting more annoying calls than ever the past month. This call came in at 5:48PM, no message was.

Same thing.  Caller ID says James T. Medick at 702-405-5000 (on Sunday around 6:30 pm).  No message.  I have current registration on the national "do not call" list.

Found on my caller ID after I returned home. No message.

called at 9pm! such a heavy accent i could hardly communicate to the woman that i was not happy with her calling and not interested--not sure if she understood me--i just hung up on her

Phone rang and when we answered the phone, there was no response.

Called 2x No msg left # seen on caller ID

James T Medick (id left on caller) wanted to do a survey on television shows...  
Call back left a high pitch sound as if a fax line.

called.  no caller id.  no message left.  called back - auto voicemail message.
