I received this call as well. It rang 2 times then they hung up. Just out of curiosity, I called the number back. It rang 3 times then went to a busy signal. I recently downloaded "Mr Number" for my android and this number is def going on my black list!!

I received this call on my cell phone several times, after reading this site, I decided to call back and get more information. You receive an automated message telling you to press one for a live operator or press three if you no longer wish to receive calls. When I pressed three, it said it was an invalid extension, so I pressed one.  When I got to the live operator, Jackie, I started explaining that my number was on the do not call list, she hung up on me. I called back, talked to Jay, pretended to have some interest in what he was selling so I could get the company name, etc. then advised him that my number was on the do not call list and I would be reporting them. And I did.....

getting sick & tired of the cell phone spam now
unsolicited, illegal trying to sell us insurance
need to bombard their phones w/unsolicited spam as well

I got an unwanted call on my cell phone from an insurance company soliciting that I am paying too much for my car insurance.  Do they have a way of checking what I pay for car insurance?

Lady wanting to lower my car insurance.

back said # is not in service

I called back and it was an insurance saleswoman named Mary.
