They call me asking for someone who is not related to us.  We know they are looking for this person because he owes money to lots of creditors.

They call my cell phone and when I don't answer, within seconds my landline will ring with the same number.  I have answered and hear a click like it's an automated dialer, but no one ever says anything.  Today alone, my cell phone lists calls from them at 10:30 am, 1:18 pm, 2:55 pm, 4:35 pm, 5:54 pm, 6:25 pm, and 6:49 pm. It's extremely annoying and disruptive to me, especially when no one says anything when I answer.

I just started getting calls from them over last 3 days, left a name as "Larry Lazi" saying "very important that I return this call"

unlisted number doesnt matter on a collection call, they arent telemarketors... and if you have not debt call them back and tell them????

i receive constant calls throughout the day, from 8am - 8:30 pm, including weekends, from this number. rarely, does anyone leave a message; if someone does, he or she is extremely rude. each person that has left a message, states in a threatening tone, "you MUST call us back today, or there will consequences to face..." then a phone number n reference number is left. i always call back 2 tell them that they have the wrong number n take me off their list, but nobody over there seems 2 care. i do not know the person they r tryin 2 reach. how do i make them stop calling???

I just came home and a had message on my answering machine from them...the message is so garbled you can't understand what it says...the creepy thing is..when the guy says the number it goes from talking regulary to having like a british accent

I have received calls from this number for over a month now.  I have asked them to please stop calling.  They ask for someone named Tom or Tim.  Neither or whom live here.  I have reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry but since they are a collection agency, they can continue to call.  I have finally filed a complaint with our local police and they will take it from here.  Thank God!

Called my cell phone, left no voice mail. When I called back I get a long computer message but can't seem to get through to anybody to find out who this is.

They were calling me 3x a day I ignored the calls but they were leaving long messages on my cell for someone with same last name. I called back to tell them to stop calling. They asked 100 questions until I told them I've never heard of that person. Said they would remove my number but still called back. I let them know again and have not heard from them since.

I do not know why you keep calling me, if you want me to answer leave me a voice mail, so I will know what this call is about. I do not have any bills that I know of that could or need turned over to a collection agency. I think you may be calling the wrong number. I would appreciate you stopping, or at least let me know what this is all about.

I am getting calls from this company and I have no idea how thaty got my home number or my cell phone number. They keep calling me and asking for my x-husband who does not know any thing about my cell phone number or house number. I am currently remarried and now my new husband is questioning me about the phone calls and what is really going on. This company needs to get therir $#1t!! together.

this number called me on my lane line on 04-01-09 and ask for some one i have never hear of and my lane line is unlist. i ask them how then it my number them told me that a Company named RJM Acquistions LLC Debt and i told them i have never heard of this Company and i ask how did u get  my Number? by Gooly? the phone end call end right then.

Someone from this number continues to call my home phone every day, sometimes 3 times a day. I see it show up on my caller ID--same number all the time. They called tonite at 8:30, asking to speak to a person who does not live at this residence nor has ever lived at this residence. When I asked who they were, the woman replied "I do not have to tell you that." I told her I did not have to tell her anything and not to call this number again. The person they are asking for does not live here and has never lived here and I am not giving out information about anyone when the caller will not identify themself and the purpose of the call.

I got a call today (3/18/09) from MRS associates looking for Ronald Miller, who they said "called from this number," but I know he hasn't had this number for over 9 months, since I have had it for 9 months.  I called this number back, and there was a answer system before the contact went through. The caller told me his name was Marlo, but wouldn't give out any information about the nature of his call. He told me my name would be removed. Curious.

they called asking of my someones sister in which whom I haven't had contact w/ in over 5 years and just moved into the new place with a new number. Then wouldn't tell me why they were calling my house,.

They are using 3 numbers for this. 18882749610, 18775533114, and 18007496434. They claim that Capital One has hired them. That bank only has branches in CT, LA, NJ, NY, TX, and VA. I've never had an account with that bank nor have I ever held an account iu those States. Call 1800655BANK to lodge a complaint and 18883821222 to have your number put on the National Do Not Call List.

I am being badgered by these fools. I have no debt problems. My biggest concern? How the heck did they get my unlisted phone number?

they have called me several times and they always ask for my cell number to better contact me. they call my GFs parents house and harrass them at 7am daily. When I was at their house, they called and i tried to talk to them about their calls and they wanted me to settle an outstanding balance and asked several times for my bank info to settle the balance. These people are creeps! They are just lookin for people who are stupid enough to just give their info out to. F that!! Look out for these people.

The call me 5x daily and when myself or my boyfriend answer they hang up or it's just silent. They never leave a voicemail  and if they do it's also silence. WTF!!! I don't kno who they are with, why they are calling or anything, because when I answer they say nothing. Who the hell are these people???
