This number called me.

What was the number that you called? What ever happened with your charge card?

Has anyone found a valid number to call to cancel the order? Has anyone reported this company to the Better Business Bureau? My order was canceled five minutes after placing it, but the product was still sent. I am sending it back to the Hollywood FL return address, certified. Will call the bank tomorrow to cancel payment on the shipping and hopefully nothing else will be amiss.

I got through on this # and had it cancelled spoke with Elisabeth and she told me they are looking into those phone calls. Wether or not she speeaks the truth about investagaing the phone calls is anothe thing. I am also contacting my bank to make sure no other payments are taken out. By the way i was on hold for 20 min, before she answered nuts I know put phone on speaker and continued to do my stuff while listening to awful hold music.

I have the same issue...I was contacted by another company (acaifuel) and was sent a product from acaiberry1500...tried to call the number on the bottle 7024253651 and I was on hold forever...no one answered. I finally decided to cancel my debit card and open up a dispute with the company just in case! I am going to try and send the product back without their RGA number that is required.

so i just looked...the number that called me was 800 305 2851.  one of the charges was to that west jordan number...i think actually my bank said both of them were in utah.

ok wally...so now should i be ok as long as i canceled my card i used and called my bank about it.....should i be worried about identity theft?

so i just canceled my card that i had given them....running into a problem though because the purchases are already pending ("placed my order" last friday and just realized today the "Scam" from these comments.  they say they are from JTPN Nutrition Pro and then WN Healthy Diet.  Is one of those what you guys saw on your statement?

to carrie....did you have to pay for it?  didn't they ask for your card number?

i got called too and i was confused because i had just ordered online from a company and so i thought it was them....gave them my card info.  gonna call my bank to put a hold on it if their info shows up.  have you tried calling that number?!  oh no!! i can't believe this happened!!

I told the person I did not want the ACai-Berry and it was sent to me anyway!  Now the shipments keep coming and I am Furious!
