Dont know who this is either. Never leaves a message. I dont understand how they may believe their agenda will be advanced without at least leaving a message. I dont answer phone numbers that I dont recognize.

Persistent calls that are always pre-recorded messages with no useful information - just asking to press 1 for english...

Calls started for me in June or July 2011, have been getting them at least once a week ever since.

Level 3 Communications is the carrier. like Sprint, AT&T etc.  This is a collection agency..

They've been calling me for weeks on my cell phone, but I never get to it in time. Today I picked up and got a recording saying, "Press one for English," then "Thank you for connecting. Please hold." Then music (actually Beethoven!). Finally a guy answered (gangsta-like voice) and said "How can I help you?" I said "You called me!" He became enraged and said "You know what? You're lucky someone called you with a mouth like that..." at which point I hung up. Tried reverse phone number--It appears to come from North Las Vegas. Who do you call to complain?

Keeps calling with no messages left.  Called back and its Commonwealth Financial.  Probably another collection call for the gentleman who had my number previously.

I called them.  I asked outright "are you guys debt collectors" and the guy said "yes".  Some mexican had my phone number 3 years ago and I've been getting debt collection calls ever since.  They stop calling when they say they take you out of the system...but it doesn't stop them from reselling the debt to another bottom feeder collection agency.

This number has called 6 times in past month or so but I am not attached to my cell phone and have never caught the call. I was called recently so I called the number back because they leave no number. It says it is NCC Division of Common Wealth Financial Systems. Not sure if it is legit or not but you can choose and option and it gives out employees names which I think is very weird for a company to volunteer both first and last names of its employees. The options are to speak with; Mike Banks, Amber White, P.J.Long, Jessica Catters, Chelsea Smith, James Morris, Brooke Davis, and one spanish name I could not understand. they all seem like made up names. So I called and ask them why they are calling my number. i didn't even volunteer my name or phone number just in case they are scammers. He asked if this was Bridgett Neilson, which is not me, so you all know if you get the the same BS it is a scam. He said he would take my number out of the system..but I've heard that before.

2nd time this number has called in 2 days.  No voicemail left.  Probably debt collector since I've been getting debt collection calls for some wetback for a few years now.

First call from this number today, Caller ID showed Broadvox, LLC. Call went to my answering message, hung up with no message left. Online check for this company shows them to be a VOIP service provider, so I presume this is some scam or collection agency just using that provider ID to hide who they are.

received three phone calls on my cell phone.  the number is a las vegas area code.   I am calling them and also reporting them to do not call list

Commonwealth Financial They just called my home phone. Missed the call so I called it back. The first guy just said hello and I replied I just missed a call from you guys. He just hung up on me. Called back and a woman aswered "Im looking for Kimberly." I said I just called you. She said yes I'm looking for Kimberly. I told her I know no Kimberly she said thank you we will take you off our list. 5 minutes later I got the same number on my cellphone. Asked me to press 1 for english. I waited on hold listening to hold music. Some one picked up. I could hear breathing and some lite background noise and then nothing. Got hung up on again. I called back and got a guy who just said hello. I said you guys just called me on both my numbers. He then asked if I knew Ulonda. I told him no and 5 minutes ago you guys were looking for Kimberly. He just told me he knows nothing about kimberly but I will no longer get any calls for Ulonda.  This sounds very fishy.

Don't know exactly who they are but a search reveals this number to be affiliated with LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - NV. I didn't answer the phone and they left no message.

How do you report these people I am on the national no call list.
