I received a call from these guys on my business cell phone.  The gentleman had a very heavy foreign accent and was very hard to understand.  I believe he was impersonating a collection agency in order to phish for data.

I ignored the call and gave a call back and received a voicemail message for BCR. If the company doesn't leave a message than it can't be important and most likely is a scam.

call me everyday. I called back and the recording stated BCR. I believe it's a collections company.

I picked up the call and there was no one on the line. I said hello twice then stayed silent on the line until the call disconnected. I called the number back and it was a recording that stated "BCR" or something like that.

This number called a friends phone;  I called back and a guy answered "collections" ,  I asked if this was 465-8081 instead of 425 and he answered "yes" then he disconnected the call.
