They will promise you that they have a company in your area that is desperately in need of your companies services and they will be happy to put you in touch with only after you have paid their "registration fee". They also promise they will send you future "leads" or contracts as they become available. After it's all said and done want you to "register" with their service, for a nominal fee,and promise you the moon but they will guarantee absolutely nothing.
