Have been dealing with these clowns for awhile also. They have used several names, Mullins and Kane, Zimmerman and Associates, ESP and Associates(how do you like that one?)etc. It's getting tiring......same recorded message everyday, "it would be in your best interest if you or your counsel contact this office to resolve this problem immediately", then they use a phony file number. No legitimate law firm is going use these kind of tactics. In the past, if I've talked to someone live, they argue that I wrote bad checks.....then it's just a back and forth arguement and I tell them, "I know you're not a law firm, you're some bottom feeding, boiler room operation that got a hold of my social security number and are trying to get me to pay money for some old debt you've purchased!" I then hang up.........have gotten a recorded message ever since, and they've even managed to find my ex-wifes number and bug her and my kids. They just ignore the call.....how can these idiots really be stopped without a trace as to where they are?

I have been dealing with this company? calling my cell for 3 years! They are calling for someone I do not know. Today finally a live person called me and I told them to stop harrassing me, i'm not who they are looking for. The caller on the phone was not interested in anything I had to say, just kept asking who I am! Finally the caller hung up on me as they do not need to know who I am. I have received 25 calls from this number in the last 10 days.

They started calling last month claiming they were calling about a debt they were trying to collect on.  I refused to identify myself and the guy calling said he was "getting someone from legal".  During the process of the transfer, I hung up on them.  They keep calling me at work.  I just lift the handset and either put them on hold or place the handset off the cradle so they can hear me type.  After doing this a couple of times they quit calling for about 4 weeks.  Just got another call from them today and did the same thing.  If the debt they say they are calling about is legitimate, then they can contact me by mail.  It's not like they can't find that from the internet.

SO ANNOYING, they call me everyday asking for someone I do not know.  leave me alone

Calls my cell 5 times a week. I left a message at the call back 877-364-6353 to remove my #. I don't care what it about, just stop it. Definetly a scam. I only answer legitimate official mail that comes to my home. Don't give any info!

What's odd is they said have I taken out a loan recently, H*ll no I have not, then the really weird thing is when I called from my work phone they a woman couldn't even answer my simple question when I asked do you have a website, just put me on hold with the manager.  He came on trying to make me timid by saying he's a legal firm...I just came back from vegas recently, maybe my name is on there due filling out reward cards at casino's.  Go figure...

Receive numerous calls from this number all claiming there is a returned item from my bank. The number they ask me to call back to is not the same one they are calling from. The person they request to speak with is an unintelligible name.  Do not respond to these people.

well they are using another number now.  what a scam these people are trying to scare you out of paying them.. Dont do it.. and the recording said it was ATR, last time it was Zimmerman, young and Associates...

Received multiple calls. Voicemail message was a recording from "ATR" looking for someone I don't know.

Received a call stating that they were calling about an item that was returned from my bank.  There is not items that have been returned from my bank.
