The company is just a front - no one looks for the missing pets, no clinics/vets/shelters etc in the area are advised of the missing pet.  This is indeed, a scam.

Just can't figure out why you are posting the same message under 4 different numbers when only this number is associated with the business you describe.  You've put this same post under :

People come to this site to find out who is associated with an unknown number that has called them.  Why do you think you will get your message to anyone using the service you are attempting to deride?  Why not contact the BBB instead?  Why did you post under numbers that have nothing to do with this business?

This number is being used by scammers who call people who have lost dogs.  They offer to search for your dog for a price and promise results or your money back.  They do not have people who search for dogs.
