A man of foreign descent is calling me telling me i have won a car. ask me to call this number.

Spam- asking if I entered a drawing. askes to call back in 5 min and let go to messages because I looked up the number.  Did not leave a message.

Scammer calls over and over again but doesn't leave a message. When I answer he starts off like he is a friend by useing my first name (which I never use) and "how you doing?". Don't know what he's trying to pull because I yell at him and hang up.
