Your annoyed?  I have never had a credit card.  They have been calling for months.  Their do not call doesn't work and they won't go away.  Personally I think they are phishing for personal info.  If they were legit why call me about a card I don't have?

This is a scam which calls about my credit card. They call about 4 times a week. They would ask for my credit card number and such.

You should never give your credit card over the phone to anyone especially if its not your credit card company. Sometime, these sort of scam will pretend to be your credit card company.

Auto recording called from number 702-520-1105 and asked me to hold for rep that could lower interest rate on my credit card.  I held and a foreign man came on asking me if I had credit card debt over 3000.00 and if they were all maxed out.  He asked my for my highest interest rate card and I told him Sears.  Then asked me for the exp. date of which I gave.  When he asked me to confirm the rest of the credit card no. (he supplied the first 4-digits to me) I told him that I wasn't comfortable with that.  He was a little upset and said that if it made me feel better that he would supply his phone number and extension (877-388-7245 x256) along with his name of Mark Gonzales (there was no way he was Spanish!)  So I called back and this lady answered (no automated system like a big company would have) and I asked her the name of the company...she skirted my question and instead asked me if I wanted to lower my interest rates.  I asked her again what her company name was and she said FCS International.  I googled the company and only two companies come up which are a nursing home/long-term health company in Canada and Fairchild Semiconductor.

BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!

I work in the fraud department for US Bank.  And this is exactly the calls that you need to be warned of!!!  Do NOT give them you full credit card, bank acct or ssn numbers!!!!

Called 4 times a week. finally I kept him on the phone and I kept digging and digging. I Gave the guy some bogus info just to get him to keep talking. yada yada yada at the end I said thanks for all your help I'm with the FBI and you stayed on the phone long enough for me to figure out where you are calling from. They have not called since. If the gov't can't do anything at least you can scare them to stop calling. What ever you do do not give them any real info. Idenity theft sucks. Went through it once and will never let it happen again.

We got a call from them saying that they were calling about lowering my Visa credit card intrest. Well, I had just got my phone number and the guy had just left a couple hours prior from installing everything. Also, I pointed out to the guy on the phone that my Visa company didn't even have this phone number and asked him how he got it if it was new. Well this happened the last time we had service through our phone company.. same cable company we had in MO is the one we got in FL.... But they hung up after I told them to put us on their do not call list... Needless to say I registered our phone number on the national do not call registry right away!

Received a call today from "Card Services." Caller said he was calling about my credit card. When I asked him which one, he said VISA and Master Card. When I asked which cards, he said that his company had a relationship with Bank of America, WAMU, and a list of 4 or 5 others. When I then informed him that I was on the Do Not Call list and that his company was breaking the law, he said,  Madam, you're wasting my time," and hung up! Well at least he was polite.

We have not had telemarketing calls since being on the DNC list, but about a month ago we've been getting a lot. It almost feels like we fell of the list, but according to the DNC website, once you register, the number is supposed to stay on the list forever.

These guys call everyday and the message changes to indicate higher urgency to call. They are calling my mother an 88 year old who they are trying to scam.

Law enforcement or the Federal No Call folks are NOT worth a DAM. These guys mask the Call ID and just keep hammering.

If you click to speak to a representative and tell them they just hang up on you without a word.

I am getting MORE angry at the legal folks who SHOULD be all over these people.

702 520 1105 calls our center several times a day, on different trunk lines. Recording claims to offer lower interest rates. When you call the number back it says they are sorry if they reached us in error but they only purchase business numbers for solicitation. WHY would you purchase a business number and solicit RESIDENTIAL credit offerings?

This is very disruptive to our inbound call center.

This company badgers the hell out of me several time per week.  They claim that I can get my interest rates lowered...  They act like they have my information in front of them telling me "you have had on time payments for a while" and then tell me what card I have.  I think they are a scam.

Unbelievable. After a year and a half you would think that even a robot would get tired of calling. I come home today and sure enough, theres "Tuscany Indus" calling again. They must have called here more than SEVEN HUNDRED TIMES. These ignorant "people" (if they can even be considered human?) are hands down the most annoying, relentless, "can't take NO for an answer", pest telemarketers that ever existed in the history of the freakin' world! You politely ask them not to call, they still call. You tell them you are on the "do not call" list and threaten with a lawsuit, they still call. You yell and scream obscenities at them in three different languages, and THEY STILL CALL!

Look in the dictionary under "telephone harassment" and it reads: "see Tuscany Indus".

I got a call from 702 520 1105 today, caller ID shows "Tuscany Industries" and the automatic voice says "Important details about your account" I press one because I want to report this.  When I asked who it was he said "Visa and Mastercard." I asked for his supervisor, he said "I am the supervisor." Yeah, right.  Supervisors make these calls?

A couple hours earlier I had gotten a call from 1-978-570-2260, showing as "Card Services" on caller ID.  SAME AUTOMATED VOICE saying "important details about your account" - I had pressed 1 then, too, asked the guy "What company is this" and he hung up.

I am going to report both numbers to the FTC.
