I'm getting sick of getting calls from this number as well.  And I'm on the national do not call list.  These bozo's need a  44magnum reality check

this is getting old...someone needs to stop this invasive calling.
I am also on the do not call list, what is up with this crap? I am seriously considering having my phone disconnected because of these calls. I have a life here and would like to be left alone to live it!

Yep.........me too...........lots of car warranty exired calls from other #'s and now this # is starting up......they just hang up though?!

I keep getting hang up calls starting at 9:30 AM from this number.  Is there a way to sue them to china? Car warranty calls come in but I tell them I am not interested. Some one please tell them to call the terrorist and set off their bombs while they are making them!!!!

I received the call on 6/2/2008 in New Jersey.  My caller ID also said The Private One.  I picked up the phone, and an electronic voice said "We're sorry we called your number by mistake."  Press 1 if you want....  What morons!  I didn't press 1, because I thought I would probably be authorizing some unknown charge.

Repeated calls to extend car warranty, which I do not have.

Got the same call from the above number on 2 different lines. Now also received that message from 516-564-1642. He said he would extend the warranty on my cars as long as they didn't have more than 160,000 miles or were newer than a 95. Also the warranty covers full bumper to bumper maintenance and anything major that goes wrong. Wow! If it sounds too good to be true, it is. I asked which car he was calling about - he said any car I wanted to have a warranty on. I told him he was a scam artist, to take me off his call list and hung up.  I'm sure it won't be the end of those thieves. Too bad people can't use their brains to make money a legitimately way.

I have been getting calls for about two weeks regarding my soon to expire car warranty. I don't even own a car, as I type this I just got another call! This time from a 215 area code. If this is some kind of scam how dose it work? I can never get a hold of a real person no matter how hard I try.

Didn't answer it, always scan my calls!

Got a missed call, no message, on my cell phone.  Calls are unwanted.  Isn't it illegal to cold call cell phones? I am charged billing minutes from the cell phone company for incoming calls.

This number is everyday for a month straight!
It is about Mazda warranty.  I suggest everyone starts harassing Mazda to stop letting the individual dealerships give out our information>  After all, it is MAZDA'S FAULT!! BOTTOM LINE!!  If everone starts hounding them directly maybe something will be done

I get calls from this co. at least 2 to 3 times a week on a warranty for a car I don't own.

I AM ALWAYS GETTING THIS NUMBER ON MY PHONE.  DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE IT IS A BOTHER - WHY?  I BELIEVE WHEN ONE LISTS FOR THE SERVICE "DONT CALL ME" IT IS ONLY TO SECURE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND TO GIVE IT TO WHO IS INTERESTED IN SELLING YOU SOMETHING.  IT IS A FRAUD TO ENLIST AND THEN HAVE YOUR NUMBER GIVEN TO ANYONE WILLING TO PAY FOR IT TO HARASS ONE TO BUY OR WHATEVER.  BELIEVE I HAVE JUST COMPLAINED ABOUT WHAT J C PENNY AND BEN STONEBRIDGE HAVE BEEN PULLING.  THE SITUATION IS THAT THE BEN STONEBRIDGE UNDER LAW ARE NOT TO CALL ANYONE IN THE STATE OF OHIO.  THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW.  THE POLICE FOUND THIS OUT FOR ME.  PLAY IT COOL AND DO NOT PICK UP YOUR PHONE AND RETURN A CALL FOR YOU WILL BE CHARGED AND THESE ADD UP.  IT IS NOT WORTH EVEN TRYING TO SEE WHO IS CALLING.  JUST GO ON THE INTERNET AND PLUG IN THAT NUMBER AND YOU WILL FIND OUT THERE ARE THOUSANDS WHO ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.  WE ALL SHOULD GET TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THESE PEOPLE WHO PREY ON HONEST USA CITIZENS.

I get a lot of calls about my automobile warranty expiring and I do nt even have any on my used car.

I get a call from this number everyday about a car warranty. I don't need a warranty. I want them to stop calling me.

Called again.  Apparently it didn't really remove me from the calling list last time.  Nice.  Nothing there when I answered the phone.

get atleast one of these calls on a daily basis, very annoying, theres never a real person to tell off.
