One of several numbers I've added to a contact on my phone called Do Not Answer.  All are calling about my expiring auto warranty.  These people are criminals.  Don't answer, don't call them, don't tell them anything.

My husband and I have both received calls from this number in the last 12 hours. Disn't recognize the number so did not answer

If you call the number back the first option it gives you is to be placed on the do not call list...

I was visiting my mom in a nursing home, this number called her cell phone 4/9/09 about car warranty.  (I got her cell so I could talk to her)  I stayed on and asked this number be removed from their database, she has no car and it runs up my minutes.  rude guy hung up on me.  I'm interested in class action suit

They call me consantly, daily it seems.  I answer sometimes, and it is about a car warrenty. I know it is not for car warrenty. I don't know how they got my number either. How do you get them to stop calling??

Rec'd calls on my cell from 702-520-9102 & 702-520-1312 often enough to be annoying. Always in reference to auto warranty I know nothing about. The only vehicle in my family was an OLD car we disposed of a month ago. It belonged to my late Mother and had to be way out of warranty. So, yes, if there's a any sort of class action suit or petition to have these jokers shut down consider me there!

Called yesterday, 2:39 PM. When I got someone on the line, I asked to be removed from their calling list, operator "Ceasar" burped on the line, and hung up.

I have filed a complaint with the FTC. I encourage you all to do the same.

I get these calls all the time from different phone numbers - never answer them as a missed call does not use up cell phone minutes - if it is important they would leave a message - got this one today at 10:09

I just got this call from 702-520-1312. Did not answer because i did not reconize the number. No msg left.

If you are on the donotcall registry go back to it and file a complaint. I'm also getting calls and just put myself on it. I have to wait 31 days before I can complain.

I got it today too...clearly this number is a scam and a nuissance...what can be done about it?

I just go a call on my cell from them.  I have given my cell to very few people, so I am miffed when I get a junk call on it.  Since I've been getting junk calls on my cell, I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.  If anyone finds out identity and location of these jerks, I would like to know.

Very annoying and frequent caller.  I'm not sure how they got my number as very few people have my cell phone number.  Unprofessional group.  It's probably some sort of scam.

Received a call from 702-520-1312, I clicked 1 to speak with a rep, he said something to the effect of "Warranty Service Center, what's your make and model number?" I said "Hello, what's the name of your company again?" He immediately hung up.

When I called back, all I get is a message to press 1 if I want to be removed... so I did but I don't expect they'll actually remove me.

They just called my cell. Jerks like this are the reason I decline calls from phone numbers I don't recognize.

i just got a call from them too- they call almost daily, usually from different #'s- what they are doing is HIGHLY illegal and i would love to be involved in a class action suit as well.

These people are terrible.  I'm with you JC, let me know if there's a Class Action Suit.  I just got a call from them for about the 300th time..I don't even own a damn car!

I get these calls twice a month. It is always from the same company but with different Phone numbers (including this one). It starts with "this is the second notice that the warranty on your car has expired" very annoying. I will like to sue them in a class action suit for using up my Mobile Air Time.

If anybody know of a Class Action Suit, please let me know. I'll be checking back here for information.

I often receive phone calls informing me about my car's warantee expiring.  I now am receiving these calls on my cell phone.  I don't know how to stop these annoying calls.  How do I block them from my cell phone and home phone?
