I get a call on my phone showing the name Brooks Partners. I answer it and a recording says "my mistake sorry about this".

When answer phone from this number...they hang up....nothing.  When I tried to return the call there is not even a dial tone or ringing?  Annoying.  Have called once each day for the past week

I Keep getting calls from this number, don't have credit cards and this is a new cell phone number less than 6 weeks old.  It was not supposed to be called.  I have received many calls, although I don't answer them, when they leave a message they use my minutes, because this is a prepaid cell phone.

I wish they would stop calling and I don't have the Bank of America either.  I put myself on the do not call list, how do these people get away with this.

Sighn up for the do not call registery wait 30 days for it to kick in then if you recive call like this you can sue them write the number down with the time and date and call a lawyer and sue the MOTHER F*%$#@! hit them where it hurts in there pockets.

I received the call late on 9/14 on my personal cell phone. I had also received a call from the same number about a month before. I spoke to a women an told her that I wanted my number removed from the calling list or I would press harassment charges on the company. When i got the call on the 14 I told the rude man that I had already asked to be taken off the caller list without another word he hung up on me. How rude can people be, you call me late at night and disrupt my life and you have the nerve to hang up on me.

Sorry about the repeats but when i put in the business name in and looked under NV no business with that name came up but i tried putting business name in and putting in as CA it came up with a hit. Called number and gave me a new number (310)358-7000. i think they are connected with false Las Vegas area code address. supposedly they are telling you that your auto warranty needs to be extended......let me know

it is in Las Vegas and i looked it up in the yellow pages since it was a land line and found out this info:(also 702-520-1286)

they have another number as well. they called me on 9-14-09 with this number already erased and checked the number with intelius and noticed a similar number that i checked earlier. that number was  702-520-1268  both are in Las Vegas, NV  and both are paging numbers.

This number called me at 9:22am while I was at school and when I answered they didnt say anything and then hung up...

702-520-1387 caller ID showed Brooks Partners I didn't answer they left no message this number is going on IGGY.. rofl..

Called to discuss lowering rates on credit cards.  Out of curiosity, I pressed "1" to talk to an agent.  They just hung up on me.

The number 702-520-1387 calls the office at least 1 a day every day if not more.

It is a recording about credit cards and lowering interest rates.

Very annoying.

I just got a call from them, didn't answer. They did not leave a message. Strange because I've only had this phone for a few weeks and barely anyone has my #. I was trying to think of friends and family who would be out of town because who would be calling me from Vegas? lol Tele-Predators! lol

My story is similar to those already posted.  They called telling me about some weird information they had on my credit cards, even though I don't own a single one; I don't even have a checking account.  After I pressed '1' to talk with an operator, a male voice asked me to wait on the line and "listen to the soothing music" while an operator was reached... Then there was silence, and after waiting for a minute or so I got disconnected.  I called their number from my landline and there wasn't even a ring.  Just silence.  This better just be a robot or something stupid, because if anything negative comes of this I will be livid!

They left a message:

Sounded like the machine didn't know the difference between a real human and voice mail.

Received the call -- went to voice mail, no message. When I tried to call this number from a land line, there is dead silence. No ring, no busy signal, nothing.

I just got a call from this number. When I answered there was silence and when I tryed to call back I got the same.

Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer. The message was in spanish saying something about mil dolares and to push a button. This is obviously a recording and a telemarketer of some sort

i got a call  on my cell. Automated message Stated they just wanted to talk to me about my credit cards don't have any Stated they may be able to get my interest rate lowered on them. Hung up since I don't have any credit cards and couldn't figure out how they would have my cell # but don't know that I have no credit cards.
