Repeatedly calls. Spoke to someone & asked for their Company name & phone #. He told me the company name is Extended Warranty. Right. I asked for their phone #. He hung up on me. I keep calling back the # on my caller i.d. & busy signal all the time.

Get a computer message that my car's warranty is about to expire and to press #1 to speak to a representative  about an extended warranty. I pressed 1 - held for a LONG time, got a guy on the line who asked for the make and model of my car - told him I just wanted them to stop calling me and he hung up on me. Call the number on my caller ID - get a voice message that they only purchase and call business phone numbers, and to press 1 to be removed from their calling list. I've done this repeatedly. They still call me, sometimes twice a day. They call me while I'm at work, when I'm trying to eat super, and when I'm trying to put my daughter to bed. I'm very sick & tired of being haressed by this "company".

yeh, it is about car warranty but my message was cut off as it is a recorded message-not an actual person-telemarketers trying to earn a buck but I will go back to work in a nursing home first cause those poor people are hated!I am on a do not call registry also but logically I sincerely believe there will NEVER be an end to this unwanted crap-I mean seriously and pls if u r looking for a jobs website and they say ''no obligation to sign up-forget it cause then u will be getting calls from hell-all online colleges etc will call u all hrs of the day and late eve for the rest of your life:)

I got my first call from them. I am currently an intern working for the government - I can't disclose any details about it. But I will inform my superiors about this matter and we will restlessly pursue this criminal activity.

I have posted on many sites, this is what I know, They can receive your text messages, give them a piece of your mind, of course I texted them 23 times.. and more with my opinion on their conduct, be sure to let them know that you are recording all of their calls. KEEP A LOG, DATES AND TIMES...You can report this number 702 520-1494 and their conduct to the DA office in Las Vegas. NV..
I let the scammmers know this and have not heard back from them since the June 21...hopefully this will be the end.
Second, I complained to the dealership about their warranty, and the calls I have received, especially after my car already has a warranty, its new... they told me that the DMV sells information on the cars registrations. You can call DMV and voice your complaints! What's amusing about this, is that the dealerships all receive these calls on their lots including their new 08s... that only have 2 miles on them...LOL

Okay, gang, I've hit the Mother Load!  Read below and be sure to copy these numbers.  I've called them all, and I'm registering complaints against them all:

The following numbers 760-526-8172, 201-210-6015, 818-870-5041, 763-392-5983, 508-534-1282, 978-570-2251, 603-214-3661, 213-363-5145, 702-520-1432, 702-520-1494, 916-219-8162, ALL reached the SAME message in the same recorded voice.  The message said:

"Thank you for calling.  We are sorry if we reached your number in error.  We only purchase and call business phone listings.  If you would like the number removed from our calling list, please press 1."

I called the first number (760-526-8172) without my phone being blocked.  When asked to press 1 to remove my number from their list, nothing registered; instead, the same message repeated as many times as I pressed 1.  

I called all the other numbers I've listed here.  Each had different caller IDs and each had different area codes, BUT THE ALL LED TO THE SAME RECORDED MESSAGE!  

This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.  Companies HAVE to identify themselves, they HAVE to provide us (within no more than 30 days) their company's Do Not Call Policy, and they HAVE to allow us to opt out of future calls by telling them to put us on their company's Do Not Call List.  If they fail to do even ONE of these things, they are breaking the law and can be fined?per call!

This number 702-520-1494/213-363-5144 has had its last laugh on me...They are RUDE,HANG-UP ON YOU AND REFUSE TO TAKE ME OFF OF THIER LIST. After 4 calls today on my cell they got ahold of my work number. Now if there is anyone who can help me figure this out lets band together. After about 12 calls this week I need resolution before I go crazy!
I know that the calls are being made on a cell phone,in Las Vegas, Name listed is Gaswaste???the second number is from Ca on digitcom, I have texted them about 13 Xs for them to take me off of their list..#!%#*!' Of course I had to let out my frustration!  I haven't received a response, but I do know that the message was received...maybe thats what we should do is flood them with text.

Called my phone to tell me my warranty expired. My car was used when I bought from an auction. There was no warranty.

Just got a call from 702-520-1494. Said it was the final notice about my warranty. LET IT BE THE FINAL NOTICE!

How do we stop this madness? Is there any where else to report this number? Can we get the cops or the FBI involved?

Everyday, get a call from them about warranty crap.  Tell them to take off the list, get hung up on.  Theres got to be a way to make it stop.

they have called at least once a day for at least 4 weeks. i ask to be removed from their list every time. they either get attitude with me or hang up. they are calling my work number and it gets annoying! i just registered this work number for do not call registry, so i have to wait 31 days before i can register a formal complaint.

Keeps calling no message, yesterday was another number I did answer and they say I won the lotery, I told the person yes of stupid phone call, asked them to remove my name, and still getting call.

I didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.

This company is the worst of the worst.  They have been calling me for 2 years, it seems like the numbers they call me from change (except that its always from Nevada), its clearly the same message saying " this is the 2nd notice your factory warranty is about to expire".  More like the 102nd notice.  I'll get calls 2-3 times a week on my cell phone.  I've removed my number each time they call, which everyone here knows is a joke.  When I tried to get info about their company from a live person, they hang up on me.  The rep did tell me their company is "extended auto warranty" see this link http://www.extended-autowarranty.com/ I don't know if its the same company, but it's a start.  I plan on sending them harassing and threatening emails. Calls me everyday of the week even on Sundays, my phone#is on the"Do Not Call List?"

This warranty service is just one number of several that this scam company uses.  I am listed on the Do Not Call list with the government, but as they are scammers, not legitimate telemarketers, they don't abide by the rules.  Asking to be removed or pressing '1' to be removed both made no difference.  Now I use the *60 service from my telephone provider to stop the calls.  I have blocked three different numbers already, they change the caller id and try again, but it takes about 6-8 weeks before they change the number and try again.  So instead of getting several calls a day like I used to, now I get one every couple of months, block the number using *60 and have peace and quiet in between.

I have also reported the numbers to the FCC using their online form.  To do this you can go to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm and fill in the online form.  You will need time and dates of the calls, the caller ID's and fill in brief details about any action you have taken to request being removed.  I'm hoping that if enough people complain then the FCC will investigate these people and shut them down.

Calling an unlisted work number for whatever reason - got 3 calls so far today and when I punched 1 to get a live person the operator was talking to someone else and was being disgusting and using racist language - his name was mark.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor about being removed from the list  - he hung up on me.

They have called me twice a day for 3 days now.  I have been receiving phone calls about this automotive warranty for weeks now.  They don't give me an option to opting out, they just say push 1.  So today I did!  The man, sounded American, instantly asked me for the make and model of my car...and when I told him that I DONT HAVE A CAR, and I wanted off this list, he hung up on me!!  I'm FUMING, and I try to be a positive person!  But I'm so sick of this!  These calls are unneccessary (spelling?) and quite annoying.  The first time they woke up the baby wasn't such a huge thing, but after the third time!  ERRR.  Well, I needed to vent, so thank you for having this blog set up.  So now what do I do to make this stop?
