I am getting the same calls and every time he says that his name is Scott. I will keep you posted if i find anything out.

According to Digitcom Services Inc's website, the "Scott" numbers were sold to Telephone Management Caller ID LLC at 866-225-1956. I called after hours and got a recording which requested I leave my number and those that have called me for their "internal do not call list". I'm a little nervous to leave my number. Will I get more calls? Probably not possible ... I'll try and get a live person tomorrow.

I also get calls from "Scott" sometimes up to three times a day and its been going on since I had a land line put in about three weeks ago. Its come up under several different names and numbers like "Roberts Sam" or "Maxximus GRP" or "Bills Repair". I stayed on the line today to speak to a live human and she slammed the phone down when I asked to be taken off the calling list. Does anyone know where I can report this? I'm on the Do Not Call registry and I'm still getting these calls...

I suggest that you DO NOT return the call to the 702 number.  Like responding to spam email, it just lets the "spammer" know that he has reached a good number.  Good luck to you all, and I will post back in a couple of days to let you know if calling the 503 number for David works.

Is there any way to report these people. 702 520 9117. They call me several times a day. I've pressed 2 to be put on the do not call list. They still call. I spoke to a live agent 3 times, once they find out I don't want their offer they hang up in my face. I'm so sick of these people!

I called David as listed above and he said he would take care of it.  I guess they are the company that reports "do not call" numbers to Bill's Repair. He took my number down and said it would about 24 hours to take effect.  Hopefully that works!  Thanks!

These people will not stop calling me! They have called me 3 times today and every time I have asked to talk to a rep. and told them do not call me again they hang up and call again an hour later! This is so annoying! I have reported them on the do not call registry website and Im about to do it again. This needs to stop, NOW!

I just tried this and they said they would have my number removed within 24 hrs.  Lets hope it works.

I have been called by this company in violation of the Federal No Call List 2-3 times a day for the last 2 weeks. I have talked and pressed the remove button with no relief. I have been insulted and hung up on.

"Hello This is Scott" from Bills auto repair, keeps calling me 6x a day at least ~ always the same thing and always a recording~ its harassment plain and simple to call 6x a day everyday!!!

I am getting calls non-stop from this number and like everyone else he says "Hi this is Scott".  Something about credit cards.  It is recorded but I get at least 3 a day and I am on the no call list. It says it is a cell phone in NV. No company name.  One day I stayed on the line and it said I could talk to a live voice.  When I did the caller only wanted me to answer questions about credit they would not give me any information.
I feel harassed by these calls.

I get calls from these people. The number appears on my Caller I.D.  I have never answered, however I called the number and was given a recording that says something like, "If you want to be removed from our list and no longer receive marketing information press 1".  Well, I did, of course. I'll let you know how it turns out.

OK, just started getting calls from this number, only they just don't say anything. They just call.

Argh!  Stop calling me Scott!  They call every day, usually more than once, and I am tired of it.  I don't know what to do next.  I'm on the National Do Not Call list but they still call..

call David at 503-226-4444 and tell him to remove you from the list.  Thats his job.

Bills Repair this time, something else on other days.  When you ask to be removed from the list, they hang up.

Same story as all of you.  I've tried 3 times to remove myself by pressing 2 and I've been hung up on by 3 of their operators.  The Florida Sheriff will do nothing about it (unlike California police).  I've filed numerous complaints with the National Do Not Call Registry (one for each number they use to call me).  The tricky part is that we don't have their name and they use different numbers to call.  We need to all call Federal Trade Comm 877 382 4357 and our local state consumer protection agency in Florida they're 800 435 7352.  I hope they get sued by a bunch of people and learn their lesson.

Call the Federal Trade Comission and leave a complaint about this number. You do not need to be on the Do Not Call list. I talked with my State Attorney's office and this is what they said to do. It only takes about 5 minutes.

this is for diitcom services inc which owns the 702-520-9117 number. so if enough people call it perhaps they will rethink their stand. THey did give me another number to call for the company that leases the number.

I just filed an online complaint with the Florida State Attorney General's office. I encourage everyone to do the same in what ever state you live in. If enough of us complain maybe we can get them shut down or at least fined.

I called the number back and they say if you want to be placed on their do not call list press 1, I pressed it and have not heard from in 3 days, which is a record since I got my new number.

I am like the rest of you; I keep getting calls from this so call company.
I am on the do not call list and I was told that if I wanted to really shut them down and make money then let them keep calling me and after they reach 100 calls. Then have my layer contact the do not call registry and have them take this company to court and sue them for all the harassing calls. This should force them out and make the rest of the companies that use this method stop the calling. Plus I have the phone company evolved in this now and they are very interested in stopping them.

My wife and I just bought a new house and with it got a new number.  After the first day, and every day since we have been getting harassing calls from the "Hi this is Scott" number.  Every time I try to talk to a real person I either get the phone slammed down or the person on the other end of the line is extremely rude and belligerent.  After one internet search I discovered that they were a debt consolidation company, and after actually speaking to a live polite person I asked to be removed from their calling list.  As of now I still get the calls and am hoping someone can give me some pointers on how to get this company to stop calling me and my wife and more importantly how in the hell did they get our new un-listed number???

i just got off the phone with this guy he told me to go F myself he has been calling me for a month 5-6 times a day i have started yelling at him so he sits a calls me even more now you would not belive what he told me that my mom was doing to him right now can you belive this if any one finds out who they are please let me know they even told my 6 year old to go and F off when she answerd the phone rbaldazo@gmail.com

I have been getting calls from this number non stop!!!!  Everytime I tell them please put me on your do not call list they hang up on me.  This has been going on for 3 weeks now.  I dont know how to get them to stop calling.  I finally got a hold of someone that actually did not hang up on me and while I asked him to put me on the do not call list all of a sudden I got another beep on the other end got off the phone and patched over and it was them calling in HI THIS IS SCOTT!!  HOW FRUSTRATING!  I am about to sue this company too!

I am getting calls from this number, and each time the caller ID says something different, one time it was "Hospitality Inc" another it was "Bills Repair". My number is on the do not call registry, plus I have asked them to remove my number from their calling list. If you speak to a representative, and ask questions like what company they are calling from, they hang up on you. They say they are a credit repair company called "Debt Relief". I am researching how to be able to sue for violations when you can't find out who the company is.

Seriously now 6 times a day a little ridiculous.  I have reported them and asked them to stop calling.  You can not call them back because it wont go through.  The operator or reps wont give you their phone number so you can harass them at home.  Apparently acting challenged does not work because they continue to call.  Seriously what is left to do to get this to stop.  Someone find Scott and smack him for everyone.
