AGR Group Inc, isn't responsible for the calls.  They are a company that calls on behalf of energy companies in deregulated states mostly east coast.  Nevada isn't a deregulated energy state and thus wouldn't be calling here.  I know this first hand since I used to work for this company.

Daily for MONTHS we have been harassed by United States Energy Alliance.  It's a different phone number each time and they are using local numbers.  This time 702-337-5584.  We don't want their services, we are not interested, we are on the do not call list and we want these harassing phone calls to STOP.  Somebody PLEASE HELP!!!

OK - I have had them call MANY times & they won't leave a message on machine..Today I took the call & set up an appt 4 Monday @ 7 PM..SInce my husband is an elelctrician & we already have all the power saving stuff we should, I specifically asked what they would do..He said they would assess our energy package, blah blah blah..So I asked what the company names was again 2 look them up on the internet & he said United States Energy Alliance & I said since hubby wasn't home [he was sitting next 2 me] & I had 2 call 2 reschedule the appt., may i have a phone #...CLICK...he hung up...Our thoughts?..Besides scammers, I believe they want 2 get in2 your house 2 see what u have & then return 2 rob u...Don't fall 4 this...

Try calling 702-410-5780.. I got to this # through web search and asked the lady to stop calling.. She said it's not them, but I believe it is. Either way, she said she'd remove my # from their list.

Same thing as the rest, i press 5 to be removed, yet they still keep calling. the FCC allows lawsuits up to $1500 per offense. i am on the Do not call list, and will be taking a copy of my phone records to court and filing a civil suit against them. that amount x10 offenses (year to date) will definitely off set the $150 filing fee.

Kept calling me and bugging me I work grave shift and this was disrupting my sleep.  Got so sick I picked up and pretened I was a police officer and the house they are calling was a crime scene and I wanted to meet with them to interview them since they had called several times.  Lets see if it works

One way calls.  They hang up.  Will not provide a supervisor.  I am not a homeowner.  They call anyway.

Have filed more complaints with the people at DNC but the calls do not stop.  Don't know what else to do.

this is the third different number they have used.   I have a phone that blocks 30 numbers.  The worst offender is the no name/unavailable/out of area.  I have had 7 in 7 days and sometimes two or three a day.  The Nevada Energy one is really annoying.  I have written to the attorney general of nevada and contacted my local tv station, they have taken this story to the public, but can't stop these morons from still using the phone as they are computerized calls.   I have hundreds, yes hundreds of phone calls in the last year.  I have Cox communications as my telephone provider and I have a record of every incoming and outgoing calls.   My suggestion to you is to go on Amazon and buy a call blocker (under 50 dollars) or a phone like the Panasonic which blocks 30 numbers.  When you hit 30 get rid of the top 5 oldest unless they have repeated calling you. works for me.  not easy but it does work. Unfortunately, we are stuck with the crap they do.

These people call me daily. Same spill.. Same BS.. Just diffrent day.. Bad Thing is.. I live in Cali.. Not Nevada.. Even if they were a good company it has nothing to do with me. Been reporting this to DONOTCALL.GOV every time i can.

I keep getting called by this number and several other 702 area code numbers. I don't even live in Nevada so this has nothing to even do with me. I've asked them to stop calling me. And have also added them to the do not call list. Yet then still keep calling. Just received one a few minutes ago.

This is their message, "new free energy program" for Nevada Energy Customers.  It's a scam to get new accounts, and selecting #5 does not remove you from their calling list!  We selected #1, as though to schedule an appointment, but were hung up on when we asked that they please remove our phone number from their calling list.  From the din of noise and voices in the background, it was definitely a BOILER ROOM operation near downtown Henderson, Nevada!

They must have called me 50 times. I report every call to DoNotCall and still they are not in prison. Why not??

I am angry and irrated. This scam calls me every day with their "one-way" biz trying to scam me into buying their supposed energy savings stuff. I waited until the end (one time) and pressed the number required to take me off their call list...they call even more now!
I'm on the national don-not-call registry. Why do they keep breaking the law by pestering me? I want them to stop

PLEASE EVERYONE...REPORT THESE SCAMMERS TO THE "DONOTCALL.GOV" WEBSITE!!!
We've got to get these telemarketer scammers fined and shut down.  The Federal Government will take action once they get enough complaints.  Report them everyday if you can.  We are paying for our telephone numbers to be used for our family and friends.  Instead, I have to keep my phone off the hook during the hours of 8AM until 9PM, because they call every hour if you just hang up or every 20 min if you hit "5" like the recording says if you don't want to be called again.  Don't bother pressing 1 to beg them to stop their calls.  They will just hang up on you while you plead with them for compassion and understanding of why you need your telephone line available and not have to constantly answer their calls.  We've got to get them fined and hopefully put in jail, and put their low-life employees back on the streets.  Please take the time and we as a group will be successful.

Multiple calls a day from this number, and they have never left me a message.  Obvious scammers are obvious.

These jerks from the Nevada Green Energy probably waste more of it trying to scam people into buying their $rap. They call twice a day, maybe more. If you listen to their spiel, it will eventually advise to "press 5 to opt-out" but they will keep calling. Attempting to speak to them, they just hangup.

A***oles call several times a week. I have "pressed 5 to be removed from the list" several times---a***oles continue to call several times a week. I've tried calling them to ask them to PLEASE stop calling but cannot get through (this tells me that they are indeed scammers).

Thank you! (See next comment from Las Vegas) An employee has a phone # that's very similar to ours. She doesn't have caller id, but gets daily voicemails about a "new free energy program" for Nevada Energy Customers - so it's probably the same people. The "energy program" is bogus.
