These scammers are harrassing my family by calling constantly promising they have won thousands/millions if they will either send money or call with personal information. My parents are elderly and cannot make decisions rationally.

702-541-9296, Watch Out for this number from Las Vegas, NV. It is used by Scam Artists, one being a Buddy Jacobs, they try to con you into their "Illegal Sweepstakes Scams" by telling you that you have won "Millions" and you need to wire transfer money to them in order to pay for the taxs and fees in order to receive your winnings.
