Does this company really thinks it can get my business this way?

i have verizon and i was being spamed heavy.  they block this calls n txt but i just got this 1.  i replied to them with a threat of reporting them for illegally spaming.

Text received 9/27/10:

Do not text me anymore, do not wish to receive this strange messages.

I got a text from this outfit as well. Help everyone out by filing a complaint at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm. The more complaints they get, they more likely they are to take action.

verizon says what these ppl do is legal....but u'r my verizon will only let u block 5 ppl for free....call verizon & have them list them in your notes so if u go over out of network they may assist. these ppl r scum and the government should step in.  if i owe money to  irs  i will find my own attny!

i received a text from 702-545-5094 "Do you owe $10,000+ to the IRS?".... my number is unlisted and on the do not call list.

SO, i called them back a few times and they hung up... so i blocked my number and then called and it went to a voice mail, the message was sum guy jus breathing heavy and then it said that "the voice mail was full for this number".. im asuming its a cell phone.

JUST BLOCK UR NUMBER AND CALL THEM NON STOP!!! thats what i do lol

Stupid unwanted SMS.

I've received multiple text messages from this number with similar messages. I don't know how anyone could get their hands on my private cell number....not cool.

Found out who they are and WHERE they are in case anyone feels like making a visit and reminding them they are breaking the law.

Have fun.  Clog up their real business line, just like they clogged up ours...

Yes- my number is on do not call already.  Just keep calling them back over and over.  They can't text when their line is busy.  If you can use an auto dialer from a free land line you can shut them down by jamming their line.  Since they are illegally making calls- who can they complain to?

Received text message from above number. All of our phones are on the DO NOT CALL list as well.  Therefore, they are breaking the law by contacting us.

I received a spam text along the lines of this.  With Verizon wireless [what I use] they can block up to 5 numbers for free.
