Called my cell phone and work phone at almost the exact same time. I don't think it's an auto dialer. One of the few companies that has both those numbers (credit cards, insurance, loans?). Any way i didn't pick up and no message.

Call recvd: 01/14/2009 10:00am, Was telemarket'r call, was same as everyone else here, about car warranty, dont think i need it, have 59' caddy, not much i can do about the warranty anymore.

I, received a call today Jan.14,2009 at 3:10pm from 702-554-1452 stating my vehicle warranty was running out. I decided to press 1 to see what this was about because, something seemed rather fishy! A lady answered and asked for
the make and model of my car. I didn't give her any info instead I asked her
the name of her company and she hung up. I called back but, the recording was
very staticky and not clear.
The weird part is yesterday Jan. 13, 2009 I received 6 calls from an unavailable
number and they wouldn't leave a message. Not sure if these calls are associated
with the call today. They are calling my cell phone. My daughter even answered one of the calls yesterday and they hung up on her.
I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM WHAT HAS THE WORLD COME TO!! They should be reported.

These people called me at work, did not leave a message. How are they getting people's work numbers?
bt 2011-06-06 20:54:29 Unknown
I wonder if there's a way to block this caller from calling...every once in awhile I get one of these type of call to my office/cell....in sound like a machine saying a car warranty expire....dumb ppl....
Jen 2011-06-06 20:54:29 Unknown
how the hell do I get rid of this bs? I don't need bs like this! can something be legally done to stop them? anyone happen to have their fax #, so that I can send them a legal document stating that what they're doing is illegal in writing? otherwise, I will sue!
Heather 2011-06-06 20:54:29 Unknown
They keep calling me from this and other numbers about some fake car warranty story and hang up when i ask to be removed. I tried to call back and there was a fake recorded message of a disconnected phone.
Ken Santarelli 2011-06-06 20:54:29 Unknown
stupid car warranty people again...
Not Happy 2011-06-06 20:54:29 Unknown
Same call. Same number. Do not answer this scam call. does any body know what to do about this. these companies need to brought to justice.
ihrujzn 2011-06-06 20:54:29 Unknown
Opting out of these calls doesn't work. If you try to talk to someone, the person either hangs-up on you, or is extremely nasty. Someone pays the phone bills for this number. That person or company should be heavily fined and the number taken out of service. How many complaints does it take before someone does something about this?
Missed Call 2011-06-06 20:54:29 Unknown
Haha I missed the call from this number
called back, phone line was busy.

Correction to original post:
One of the best (and most enjoyable) ways to get these people off your back is to have a conversation like this:
Them: I'm calling about your vehicle warranty that's about to run out.
You: Oh, ok.
Them: Would you like to extend your warranty?
You: Probably. Which vehicle are you calling about?
Them: The one that's older than 1998 (or whatever year they come up with).
You: OK, but which one are you calling about?
Them: How many do you have?
You: Um, I think there are 10 out there.
You can almost here their dumbfoundness on the other end. When they figure out they've just been taken for a ride, they'll hang up and delete you from their call list.

I don't want to be called by this company.
Eaglesong 2011-06-06 20:54:29 Unknown
There is some hope!!!
Several people have expressed complaints about this company. I have tried dozens of times to be removed from their call list and have tried getting their mailing address/callback number etc and have always been hung up on.
Today I pretended to be interested but I didn't have my odometer reading handy so the gentleman gave me a callback number and extension. Calling that number got me the company name, address, hours of operation and fax number. The information is as follows.
Automotive Warranty Solutions
6501 Congress Avenue Suite 140
Boca Raton, Florida 33487
Phone number 1-800-376-5688 (this guy's extension was 1624)
M-F 9 to 7 and Saturday 10-2 (assuming Eastern time)
Fax Number 1-800-376-5699

This company has called multiple time on our 911 truck lines (911's have a 10 digit number associated with it but it is extremely hard to get)as well as our business lines, they have called when I have been in the middle of emergency phone calls, I've stayed on the line a couple of times to talk to a rep, so far we have got them to stop on a few of our lines. The calls are coming in fewer and fewer, hopfully this will work!
New Yorker 2011-06-06 20:54:29 Unknown
Got a call from them at 6:06pm on Jan. 19, 2009
D. Tyner 2011-06-06 20:54:29 Unknown
They just called my cell. It's a scam/ spam number. They are phishing for live numbers and collecting info from there. Be VERY careful.
I knew it was fake as soon as they said it was the last attempt to contact me and the next would go to thier legal... that's when the recording died.
Ted 2011-06-06 20:54:29 Unknown
How can we send him/her to the court? It bothers me everyday.
