I recently called Cigna too,  from my landline. As this Nevada number was not programmed in the phone as someone I knew, I let answering machine take call;
My outgoing message says: "DO NOT CALL list has been activated for this number."
They hung up, no message. They have called at least four times.

They called my work phone at 7 pm on a weeknight.  It comes up as "Cigna."
I do not have health insurance throught them nor have I ever called them.  Not sure what they want, but I do not have time for them.

Received a call on our business line from this Nevada number with no caller ID and no message. We do no business with Cigna, if that's who is calling on this number. It will be blocked.

It was from CIGNA. If you contacted them about an issue recently, it was an automated callback to conduct a survey about your experience. I have CIGNA and had talked to them about an issue. It is legit.

thank you guys.  I just called Cigna and actually had a good experience with the Cust Svc Rep.  (Too bad they only paid $81 on a $1500 claim.)  Now I know whose call I am ignoring.

Received a call from this number on my work phone both on Friday evening around 7PM, and then again on Saturday around noon- not at work during these times.  They never left a message.  Since when does your insurance company call you back?  I have had nothing but problems with my insurance this year; I would rather not take a survey on their service right now.

Cigna Insurance.  Called yesterday to ask about my coverage.  Maybe follow up call/survey?  No message left.

It is Cigna, it is a follow up call to see if you were satisfied with your previous call.

I received a call from them on Thursday at 7:22pm, Friday at 5:09 pm and Saturday at 10:07pm. I do not have Cigna Health insurance but I do health insurance advocacy. I can't imagine why calling me in the evening would make any sense unless they were trying to do a survey or wanted me to buy something.

Cigna calling to ask if I had any questions about my new health coverage. 7 o'clock pm does not bother me, better than 8:30am, I work evenings.

They called me too at my work phone.  If it is Cigna Health Insurance, that makes sense since they are the provider that covers me through my work.

It could be Cigna Health Insurance.......the number was on my cell phone a day or two after I talked to them about other issues.

Wow, got the same call at 6:50pm on Saturday.. about 10 minutes before the other commenter. Some survey company called Cigna. WTF?

Why on Earth are they calling on Saturday @ 7pm?  I'm lucky to get a human during normal business hours!
