Debt collectors as mentioned above. Used option 2 to opt-out but calls continue. I installed a call blocker on my phone that hangs up on them. It also tracks the calls so I can use it to sue them.

They keep calling my husband also. I called them they tried to get my phone number and name. Yet she saw me on caller ID. These spammers need to be stopped.  They claim to be: NCC - A Division of Common Wealth Financial Systems.

The company does not have any offices in Nevada. They use a spoofed number. They are calling from Pennsylvania.  If you have never provided Northeast Credit & Collection or Commonwealth Financial Systems your cell phone number and you can prove they have been calling your cell phone, you may have a TCPA case (as well as a possible FDCPA case against the company.  You can provide more information to a consumer protection attorney in Las Vegas by emailing to cbfriedberg@justice.com.

I've been getting calls on my cell phone from this number once sometimes twice a day, every day without fail for 2 months now. Calls almost around the same time every day, early in the morning and never leaves a message. I don't know who it is calling but I know for a fact it is not a debt collector, I do not have any debts.

They called me everyday, and I am so tired of their calls. They woke me up way to early, and they called me in the evening. I have different schedules everyday and this is very annoying. Can someone stop this or do something about it.

this # calls our cell phone 2 to 4 time or more aday,we both have told them to stop calling this cell and they still call everyday.and its all hours day and night but they dont miss a day of calling.they are so rude and even laugh when told tve the wrong #,we are sick of it .... dont know any of their names but i can tell that its always either the real rude one or the kiss a** one..they need to quit....do they get extra pay for doing this or what?????we are in henderson,nevada im sure its the same ones calling kimberly that live in lasvegas,nv lets get these guys girl we need to hang them by their ????

This NCC keeps calling looking for a Christopher or Crystal.  They call 3 times a Day.  They just hang up and dont even leave a message.  When you call them, the operator just hangs up.
I just got off the phone with a Bennie Valentine at ext 268 and assured me that they will delete my number from their list.  I even left a Message for the Manager Blake Flynn...

I'm not Allen Falkner I got this number when I moved to Reno in 2009 and they haven't stopped calling me. I've told them every time I'm not Allen Falkner and I've had it ill be going through Vegas soon ill be stopping in.

This number keeps harrasing me. Every morning as early as 6:00 Am.

To all those who are getting these phone calls from this company, if they really do have the wrong number and you have advised them that, you can get an attorney and sue them under the FDCPA. It's really straight forward.

What you do is take a picture of your caller ID. Make a log (I keep post it notes next to the phone) and log every call and every time you advise them they have the wrong number. The law says you only have to tell them once, but I usually give them two warnings. If they call after that, I hand the file over to our attorney who then advises them we are prepared to take them to court under the FDCPA .

You can receive up to $1500 in compensation (although it's usually $500-1000) but the real stick is attorney fees. Any good collection attorney will take this case no charge to you because they will bank $2K-10K when it's all done. Just be sure you have your caller ID logs and pictures of your phone showing their number with date and time. Document everything and then call any attorney listed online or in the phone book under debt/collection/bankruptcy attorney.

I know this from fact. We have settled several cases and our attorneys have banked over $25K in the last 3 years with these types of companies.

If they really are calling the wrong number, you have them over a barrel, they just don't know it yet.

They call every day. They have a wrong number. When i choose to answer they say they will remove me from the list. They do not. They are disrespectful and very rude. The last guy said, 'Wait just a minute - I have never personally called you..." I am turning them into the FTC.

NCC in Las Vegas, NV. They say they are a debt collector but they are calling for someone else and will not stop. They have given me protective info on the person they are looking for. They do not seem legit!
