so glad i read this post... same just happened to me. called them back and told them never to call me again... she hung up on me, LOL

Same as the other posts here, a woman called about an ad I have.  A northern los Angles number came up and she gave me a Nevada number to call back.  Glad there are websites out there like this to report scammers.

we received a call from the 8l8 number asking about a boat list on Craig's listing, and the same situation, a different call back number.

A little more research finds this caller to be someone who trolls craigslist looking for vehicle ads.  They then convince you to use their service to sell your vehicle for a fee.  They do nothing and charge a sum of money.  I called the 818 number from my caller ID through a trunk line (they would not be able to call me back this way) and got the name of the business - Seller Networks.  Found an article from soneone else that they ripped off.  You can read about it here:

I got the call from a female this morning stating that she was responding to my ad.
I am in the Quad Cities and the while number on my phone 818-738-7798, the number she left on my voicemail was 702-583-3318.  Would like to send them a nasty text!!!

I also received a call from a lady stating that she was responding to my ad on Craiglist.
I am in the Chicago area and the number on my phone was registered in California.
818-738-7798 then the number she left on my VM was 702-583-3318.
Unfortunately these scamming thieves get some people. Shame!

I am in Beaverlodge, Canada & got a call from a woman about my ad on KIJIJI.

I am in Ottawa Canada and got a call from a woman re my ad on Auti Trader.

i received a message from a woman giving me this number in response to a craigslisting.
