They started calling me over the last week.  Seems to be a number out of Las Vegas, NV.  So far I've not answered because I do not recognize it.

Started noticing the number coming up 2 weeks ago, haven't answered...They keep calling and calling , wtf!

I have been getting calls from this number about 3-4 times daily and have not answered yet. I am on the DNC list but that isn't stopping anything. It is really annoying any ideas?

They will keep calling you until you buy their product.

Since DNC won't help you with rejecting this call.
I suggest you to look for Call Reject features on your phone

For example, my LG Shine has a call reject features, and I enabled it for this number. Well yeah of course this won't make them to stop calling you, but it will automatically drop the call and caller will be forwarded to voicemail, but they never leave a message.

They kept calling me for a long time, and I even thought about changing my numbers when I upgrade my phone. However, since the call reject features drops the call right away, it seems like this will help you from removing yourself from their list. I'm not receiving calls from this number since few weeks ago, and I'm really glad that they stopped calling me.

So if you're really annoyed about this call, look for "Call Reject" features on your phone. I think it will help you rejecting this call

Even though they stopped calling me, I still have call reject features enabled in case they call me again.
I think you will still see this number on your recent list even if you have the reject features enabled but I think it will be indicated as reject calls on your recent list so you will know if they call you

Received a call from an alleged David Cohen of True Gurus of Las Vagas, Navada following an enquiry I made on line regarding internet selling.

David was clearly very well practiced in dealing with prospective customers and was convincing and polite.  However the conversation quickly moved onto trying to coax me into using my credit card to generate business income.  Having some professional experience of credit card fraud and identity theft I terminated the conversation and instructed them not to call again.

Regardless whether a genuine scam or high risk financial venture that places the card holder in a state of managed debt, the whole experience left me feeling very uneasy.

Gentlemen: David Cohen, apparently works for Ross Williams, trying to sell advanced online marketing business opportunity. Quickly moves onto personal information i.e marital status, finances, children. very polite and not easy to end call.

We've also been receiving harassing phone calls from this David Cohen individual at this number. I for one will be "filing a complaint" on the DNC website every single time and I encourage everyone else to do the same. If every single person that this jerk harasses does it, hopefully the DNC database will pick up a pattern and fine him.

Since Hal posted a year and a half ago, it's unlikely he will read your post. The only international agency I know of is Interpol and they only handle really serious crimes. You can try googling for the appropriate agency in the country that you think your scammer is located in. The 3 I know of are:

This must be it! because i purchased last month some online money making scheme (that didnt really work). And thats probably where all these calls came from.

I signed up with this company and it was the best thing i ever did.   I have been working with them for two months and they helped me make over three thousand dollars this month.... Not a scam

And the folks over there at ResultsNV are calling me up. Sounds like a scam to me. Imagine they asked me for 41,000 USD outright without being clear on what I am getting. What a riff off! I should know, we are not lacking in our own version of rip off artists here in the Philippines.

I think they mentioned they got my info from Cody Moya guy and I think so. This Cody guy must have sold my email and phone number.

I've had half a dozen calls in one day from the same number?no message left. For whatever it's worth, this is the website I turned up for them: http://resultsnv.com/  It's the correct URL; it lists 702-616-7900 as the company's local number and 866-319-1017 as their toll-free office number.

The website claims Mike Glaspie, Nick Marks, the Rich Jerk, Chris Cobb (the ClickBank-Cash System), and Ross Williams (Legit Online Jobs) as "partners." Maybe we should look THEM up and complain.

Thanks, everyone!  Your comments are very helpful!  They have called me 9 times in the last 4 weeks.  I do not answer a number that I do not recognize.  But I can tie your feedback to a purchase that I had made about 4 weeks ago regarding setting up an online store.  Guess I'll stick with eBay. :-)

They are following up on a product that you all purchased online..some make money online thing. The DNC list does not apply for companies that you have a relationship with. If you keep buying online products, the companies that you buy them from will continue to call you to sell you more stuff.

For those wishing to file a complaint find out what constitutes a violation and how to file a complaint at the following webpage:

The more specific info on what telemarketers are allowed/not allowed do do and to whom to file a complaint with are located at near the bottom of the page.

Obviously your complaint may not stop the calling, but if the FCC or FTC receive an overwhelming amount of complaints action may be taken.

If you want to take it a step further you may file suit via your states court system (that info also provided at the bottom of the page of the above link)

If you are going to make the effort to complain, might as well go through the right channels - that is the only way the results you desire will happen.

Got a call at an inconvenient time, so I called them back. The person who answers the phone says "Corporate Services". Extremely high pressure to buy into their Business Consultant services. Very hard to dissuade them, but my technique is to waste their time (when it's convenient for me) and just keep answering "gosh no, that's not my goal" very politely. Use a phone that you can reject their call from later (they will call back). Don't give them real facts. Make stuff up. It's kind of fun to make up a fake persona. It took me about 25 minutes today, but I finally got them to admit that I wasn't one of their qualified candidates for their service. Waste of time, yes, but somewhat satisfying.

Call from Alexis at Google Profit House. When I stated that I cancelled my order she asked why. I stated that I had thought it was a legitimate way to make money and when I found out it wasn't I cancelled. Her tone completely changed and we hung up. I also get calls from 2 other numbers but had them blocked--good thing I originally gave my cell phone number.
