texted to cell phone / spam about debt reduction.
my cell number is listed in Do Not Call list.

dont know who it is - i just got some spam too from them about coupons in my area. I havn't signed up for anything - i dont give my cell to anyone.

I just got this message-at 11:22pm no less

"Hey! Are you 10k or more in debt? We're here to help. Reduce your debt by up to 70% today! Reply 'yes' to have someone contact you-its FREE."


It says to reply yes or no to either accept or opt-out.  I don't understand how I ever "opted-in".  I am on the do-not-call list as well.  I guess that doesn't cover text messages. :)

I got a text message from this number at 12:53 AM central.  Great, as if the annoying phone calls are not enough, now you have to txt message me at almost 1 in the morning?  Seriously, that's really going to want me to fall for whatever you are trying to sell me?  Here's the txt message I got.

"Hey! Are you 10k or more in debt? We're here to help. Reduce your debt by up to 70% today! Reply 'yes' to have someone contact you-its FREE."

Oddly enough, followed up by a phone call from an unknown number at 1:15am, don't know if related.

I rcvd the same message, texted the back to quit bothering and its too late in the night

Got the same text at 4:41 AM on a Sunday morning!  I am not happy.

Got a tex from this number about debt or something. Why are they wasting my money?

I got a junk text message from this number on my personal cell phone and I would like to complain about it because I have to pay for these messages. I know that sending text messages to personal phones is against the law.

Just got "Hey! Are you $10k or more in debt?...."  Looks like this is pretty common.  Why has no one done anything about this number yet?
