received a text message saying "If YOU need CASH NOW you can get up to $1500 wired to your bank account tomorrow. NO CREDIT CHECK 4info reply the word MONEY-- 2stop rply NOMORE"

I say don't bother texting back because it will probably add your number to more spam :/

If you have Verizon, you can block up to 5 numbers for free.  I blocked this number by logging in to my online account.  I clicked on 'Safeguards' and then selected the 'Call & Message Blocking' tab.  Entered the number and saved.  Don't know if the other carriers have similar functionality to block numbers.

Search of that seems to be the real name of verizon's number.

seems like something is going on with t-mobile. Cause I am with them and got this same message today. And I do not use my phone number online or with telemarketers.

I got the same nessage too. How can I block that number on my cell phone? (I use Verizon).  Better yet, I want to report it.

I received the same exact message, so I called T-Mobile immediately because I was charged $9.99 monthly previously for almost two years for some other text message I used to receive like once a month that I thought was spam. T-Mobile allowed a third party to charge me every month on my bill and when I finally realized it, T-Mobile would only refund $9.99 for 3 months. Which phone carrier do you have?
