Sent me a text message (addressed to someone with a different first name than mine) saying to visit some check advancing website. Yeah ok I trust that.

Received this message twice already, i'm not txting back

This company sends text messages to me with the number 778-93 as call back number, on one text it was for  www.1stcheckAvance.com, with customer service number of 800-380-9643

On another text it was for  www.CashUSA101.com, with 702-684-4052 number in the text.

On two other text messages it was for a secret shopper wanted ads with the number 866-749-1238.

This company obviously has multiple scams running and are hiding the true number with 778-93, I am going to report them as well as contact Verizon Wireless to see if and how I can block any further unwanted/illegal text messages from them.

Same as above but with no name at the beginning.  I'm leery of replying to opt out, since many times they do that simply to see which lines are active so they can keep sending junk.

Received at 12:43 PM on Thurs 7/29. I will be contacting my carrier, Verizon, to have this phone number blocked! It is obviously a scam.

Just got same call -- how to stop this annoyance?

Got the same text people have been reporting except for the name naama... Is that even a name? Its the only one I've received but its only been a week. Anyone actually know a solution? I've had problems in the past with callers with a different phone service and they wouldn't even try to help me.

I got a text message from this number regarding a payday loan. How did they get my numer, and why are they texting me. Good thing I have unlimited texts, or I'd be even more pissed.

Same... got a message addressed to Irene... I'm not Irene, don't even know an Irene, and I'm on the do not call list... I get these all the time and reporting them doesn't seem to help much, I reported this one but the messages seem to continue.. and they text after 11pm

This is insane... I NEVER EVER in my ENTIRE life have signed up for loans thru them.  How'd they get my number?

I also received this message address to "George."  I'm not George, I'm not even a male.  I am reporting it also!

I also received the same and don't appreciate it. I'm on a do not call list and have no idea how they got my cell number as I also don't use it for any business purposes. I'm reporting it!

it's a payday loan text message, stay away from them this is the other number 8003809643. I wish this crap didn't happen and how do they get our numbers?
