Calls every 40 minutes on the dot, no voicemails.

This person or machine keeps calling me. I answer twice in one of the hundred times they called, I got no answer. So what the hell.??????

they called my cell, but didnt leave a message ... i also recieve  nevada calls on my home phone i never pick up , they leave messages about  warranty for a vehicle
