Called the number back and it's Hilton Grande Vacations trying to sell Vacation Packages. They call either from the 702 area code or 407 area code.

Calls frequently. No message. To my knowledge we have never stayed at Hilton (we're cheap, LOL) so IDK how they got our number.

These people call every day and then hang up. What I would like to know is how did they get a private unlisted number, and what right do they have to bother me on a daily basis. They better hope that I do not track them down.

Just got a call from this number about a minute ago. Didn't pick up... no message left.

This is an unwanted call I consider harassment.

I've received 4 of these calls in the past 2 days; I never answered. Seeing the information on earlier posts here that they were from Hilton Grand Vacations, I called back and asked to be taken off the list. (It sounded like some boiler room operation.) Then I called Hilton Honors and asked them to make sure I was taken off the list. They called Hilton Grand Vacations while I was on the line and asked them to do so. I never gave Hilton my cell #, and I don't know how they got it. If I get another call from them, I'll file an FCC complaint:

Just got call on cell phone and ignored since I'm at work. ID also said Las Vegas. No message left. Does make sense it could be Hilton as I'm a rewards member and just stayed at a Hilton in December.

They have been calling for a week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I do not answer, but it is still irritating.

This number calls several times a week and started AFTER I had stayed at a Hilton Hotel property (Hampton Inn). It comes up on CID and then goes to voice mail which they never leave a message.
They must be trying to solicit new business but they are a royal nuisance and I would be hesitant to ever stay at one of their properties again.

This number has called my house once a day for the past several weeks and I just ignore it and they don't leave a message when voicemail picks up. Most irritating when the family is sitting down at the table for dinner and then ring ring (well what do ya know it is HILTON GRAND VA calling again) how annoying!!!

It's Hilton calling with Time Share stuff. I didn't move forward with it because I'm a student on a tight budget, but if you keep hemming and hawing, you can actually get a great deal for a Vegas vacation. If I was in the market for one, I probably would have done it, haha.

Got call from Hilton Grand Vacations on cell phone. Promptly told caller I am on "Do Not Call List" and told her to have a nice day and hung up. Now blocked the number with Verizon. Will see if I get any more calls..

Got a call tonight and picked up. The guy was very rude and aggressive, asking me to tell him where I had traveled recently and where I was planning to go in the future. Said he had "a deal" in Manhatten. Sounded very unprofessional. I told him I didn't want to share that information with him and "click", he hung up. I'm guessing they'll probably start calling all over again.

Caller ID reads HIlton Grand vacations. Scammers. Dont fall for the time shares spill. Over priced time shares. You will never get the vacationing area you want at the time you want it. We attended a meeting that provided and it is definitely a huge scam that is over priced. Please dont fall for the sale. We attended this meeting in San Antonio Texas. So many people fall prey to their sales pitch. They want at least 30,000.
I send the call to the fax machine or block the time.

Calls my cell phone constantly with no message left. The one time they did reach me, they tried to sell me a hotel stay after i clearly told them i was driving in 5 pm traffic and could not talk because it was too dangerous...they still tried to sell me the package and i had to hang up..and they keep calling!!!!!!

I've received 3 calls from this number in a week. never a message. Today I picked up and there was no one on the other end of the call. How do I make them stop calling?!?
| Surly 2012-03-27 20:56:01 Telemarketer |
Thanks, everyone. I've gotten calls from this number as well, with the same situation - I never pick up, and they never leave a message. Now I know it's advertising, as I had suspected.

For those who have an iPhone, try downloading the iBlacklist app. Instead of asking a caller to take you off their call list, the app lets you add the caller's phone number to a list so that when they try again, you can either have the call immediately sent to voicemail, or it'll give them a fast, busy signal - as if the number has been disconnected. It's great for those callers that can skirt the Do Not Call Registry rules.

This is Hilton. They called several times, even after I kept telling them to remove me from their call list. DO NOT fall for timeshare schemes. It sounds too good to be true because IT IS!

Calling about twice a day now, they will go on the Call Block tonight.
