I just got a cal from this number.I could tell from the background noise that the caller was in a room full of people making these same calls.It'd a number originating in NLV.

The guy had a thick accent (was obviously reading a scripted message) and was *ostensibly* calling to tell me that Microsoft had found.........that's when I cut him off saying that I know that Microsoft doesn't make unsolicited phone calls.

This MSFT impersonation scam has been around for a number of years, but seems to have gained a "second wind" recently.

this guys called our office line 10 times this morning cussed me out and tell me to go f*** myself then asked for the manager

Just got a call from this number, and when I asked him what he needed?  he told me to go to hell

I have gotten about 17 phone calls or more this month of May all "unavailable" out of area, this one came in as Private and then the number came up on my TV ( Ihave Cox and they log every call in)    This call was in the afternoon.  I have blocked ALL my unavailable calls.  the phone only rings once.  Cox cannot put a trap on the phone or use anonymous call rejection because there is no phone number.    My Panasonic phone blocks up to 30 calls.    As they stop calling I erase the number.

These idiots call EVERY morning at 6:30. It says it's a local number, here in Las Vegas. Half the time, when they call, NO ONE is there. The other half, a man who has an Southern Asian accent is on the other end. He  cannot & refuses tell me what he wants, who he wants to speak with and from what company he is supposedly from! When I initially called them because they called here several times at 6 a.m I got a cheesy generic voicemail, that sounds like the ones that come with the $10.00 answering machines they sell at K-Mart. I believe it's a SCAM because the guy can never tell me what company he works for, & WHO he is looking for!  Beware if this people call you!!
