Calls my work # never says anything. If they would stop calling I could get 1 project finished instead of wasting my time answering a phone that no one is on the other end.

They are Telemarketers, from a "Business At Home" company.
~They always seem nice at first~
I was called -(last year)- on a Monday of Sept 19 @ 5:37pm and some man, who spoke perfect English, asked me if I was interested in making money from home. So I told him "probably not" & so he thanked me for my time and honesty and told me to have a nice day.
Oh by the way .... this was from the # (702) 702-7200 .... Go figure.

I am here to tell everyone who the true scammers are. I'm not contacting the FTC but someone should. This company wants you to think that they are Franklin Financial or Merchant Solutions.The company is Westgate Resorts / Central Florida Investments. They own many scammer companies and they bounce the numbers around and use spoof numbers. All I had to do was use the handy dandy internet and run a few dns searches and they all bounced back to the same originating spot..... Orlando Florida (Westgate and CFI). Westgate Resorts / Central Florida Investments own real estate and property throughout the country.

Think outside the box and connect the dots. This company is a master at what they do. In Febuary 2007, both Westgate Resorts Ltd and Federated "Merchant Solutions" received citations by the FTC for violating the Do Not Call list. I know that I am sure as hell on the DNC list.

Coincidence? Ironic?  FACT! This is who is truly behind it. I contacted a number I found for Westgate Resorts. I gave them a buzz and I did actually talk to someone. I asked if it was true that Westgate had property in Vegas? They confirmed yes. I asked if 702-720-7200 rings a bell.? They said yes. Then I said listen I know you got busted by the FTC back in 2009 for this same s***. Stop calling my phone. And dont worry the FTC has already been contacted. Then I hung up.

Constant calls from this phone number - harassing.  Have asked to take me off their list severaltimes.

Yeah I got a call from this number and some guy said he had a job for me.  Time to get hold of the FCC or some other agency.

A male voice has been calling my home phone over the past few weeks looking for someone who's not a resident of my home. Surprisingly the calls keep coming in, and from the same identified voice.

They have called my phone at all Hours of the day and night...  And they hang up as soon as I answer.

@ Josie- They just called and asked for my brother in law but he's not here so I told them that. They told me they were from Merchant Solutions. They didn't say anything about Franklin. I tried to call back to tell them not to call anymore and it gives me a busy signal. Anyone have any luck getting through?

I keep getting calls from 702 702 7200 I want to know who it is so I can charge them with harassment!

Picked up and answered without looking at the number, which I don't often do, and got three seconds' silence before the hangup. Maybe our machine is feeling a little shy today.

Just received a call from this number.  No message, nor voice mail.  That number seems phony.

I don't understand why it would be legal to call someone without revealing who you are to the recipient.  It's not legal to send a fax without a fax back number, so why should clandestine phone calling be any different?  I'd report this number if I knew how.

I missed the call, but would not have answered it since I don't answer calls I don't recognize.  I though I had already signed up on the Do Not Call list.  I went ahead & signed up again & clicked the email sent to me to verify my registration.

I have been scammed by the same people with the 800-651-6396 phone number. They are located at
3216 E Camelback Rd. # 496 Phoenix Az 85018 . They won.t even answer the phone now. The person I have talked to is Ed. King, I will pursue this with the state of Az.

The 702-702-7200 number that called me came up as "The Merchant Solution" offering a business opportunity referring people for merchant account services... They gave a return number as 800-651-6396 and said the company is owned by a Clay Winston. When I looked the company up online they are listed in Arizona with an address that is only a P.O. Box even though it says "suite number" and it says it is owned by Clinton S. Rackley... under the name Starfire Marketing Group... so I don't know... seems like too much conflicting data  Anyone else have The Merchant Solution as the caller instead of Franklin?

I got the same results from who ever is calling from 702-702-7200, except they don't say anything or leave a message. It's really irritating when they call in the wee hours while I'm trying to sleep.

I get the beeping sound when a number is not working or busy. They had better not call me back or they will definitely get an ear full.

Any telephone service provider company will have a ficture where you can block any number, just log into your service provider, in my case is TWC. Is very easy to do and you can block up to 30 different phone numbers. Very convenient!!!!
