Is calling every hour, pick no one is there.

When I signed up for the Do Not Call Registry is PRECISELY when I began getting an exponential number of stupid hang-up telemarketer calls.  I have a list of over 80 phone numbers that regularly call our home & the list grows by 2 or 3 a day.  We spent about $450 & got a dedicated laptop, (free) software, a phone jack signal splitter, and the required hardware to set up a black-list blocking program.  Now we have relative peace again.  

Now, when one of those stupid numbers calls, the laptop scans the black-list and immediately deletes the call after about half a ring.  I would happily agree to have those idiots jailed in a room with ringing phones in the adjacent area that they could not reach and that NEVER got answered----just kept ringing all the time and there would be nothing they could do about it.  Except maybe go crazy like they drive thousands of us every day with their incessant, senseless hang-up phone calls.

Just push 1 when you get the recording.  It should take you off their list, but we still need to complain about these calls.

Just got a call - when I pressed "2" to be removed from further notices the automated voice said my number has been removed. BUT, the number they gave was not even close to my number.

just got a call on my home phone from this number. i ignored it, but there was an automated attendant that was left via voice mail. the voice mail only picked up the last half of the message but it mentioned lowering my APR on a credit card and this was my last chance to take advantage of the offer, but why would i get that call from a cell phone? weird.

got a recorded voice call from this # and they said needed to update your business add listing w/Google.
Press 1 to continue, Press 2 to decline. BUT when they read back my number to decline it they read back A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER.????????

I got a call on my cell phone from this number. I didn't answer because I felt if they really needed to speak with me they'd leave a message. They didn't.

I just received a call from (702)705-5073--caller ID indicated Private Office.  When I answered the phone a female voice said "My mistake. Sorry about that, " and hung up.

I'm on the Do Not Call List and still I get these calls.

they called me and asked me if i owed more than $4,000 dollars in credit. i told them i am millions of dollars in debt and needed their help immediately so i could sleep at night. they asked me what my current interest rate is, to which i replied "eleven... million!". they still thought i was serious, and started asking me even more questions so i just told them i was busy fingering my butthole and to call back later. she hung up on me.

I got a call from this number and a Mr. Hill left me a message saying he was from some law firm and that me or my attorney need to return his call to discuss a legal matter and that i need to make a payment in 24 hours. A**holes!!!!!

They called my house. Did not leave a message. I called back and it is a marketing company and if you want to not get any more calls you have to key in your phone number to be removed from their list.

Also it is a good idea to list your number with the do not call registry at donotcall.gov

I just rec'd a call from them on my cell, didn't answer. The message they left was recorded, but was to lower my interest rate to as low as 6.9%, and to consider this my final notice. QUIT CALLING!! How do these jerks get ahold of cell phone numbers anyway?!?!

just received a call from this number on my cellphone..Did not answer but called back and muted the phone..the option offered is to hit "1" to placed on their do not call list and not receive any future calls regarding special promotions. Did not try this "1" option..could be just to collect truly active numbers.?????

supposely to lower your interest on your credit cards?????????   But u have to have available amounts on the cards....

Call about cable, credit card bills, random other crap. If you try to be nice to them, they are rude and next time I'm going to play along with it and waste as much of their time as possible. These people need to be stopped.

Rattled off name of company way too quickly to catch it. Was asked if I had medical insurance. Told her yes. She then asked if they could call back next week when I was not so busy,(which I never said I was busy) to talk about insurance and better ways to save. Told her that I was not interested. Had to repeat myself and finally ended the call by saying, "no thank you". Just as she hung up, she told me I was a stupid .....

How do I stop these calls 1-702-705-5073, they hang up all the time. I have their number on my Caller ID.

Got a call on my office phone.  I pressed "1".  An operator asked how much I owed on all of my credit cards.  I told them I didn't know... they humg up on me.  Fishy.

Robot Computer Call to be listed in Google's Business Directory.  After I pressed "1" to be listed, a weak voice said "Who am I speaking with", then they hung up on me.

Received a call from this number and no one said anything then hung up. I called back and pressed the number 1 for a do not call back.

I also have received calls from this number. Once selling insurance (didn't specify what kind,) another time selling credit protection, a third offering ways to start an at- home business. Um, make up your mind? I called the number back, and got a recording stating that if I was not interested in receiving any more calls from the number, to press 1 to be placed on their do not call list. I tried it just for the heck of it, and have not received calls since. If you try it, make sure you show your number so it goes through. Hope this helps everyone, and good luck.

I got a call from 702-705-5073.  They said something about a credit card and asked who they were talking too.  I gave them my name and they hung up on me.  lol  Gladly they only got my name.  I think its a PHISHER triing to scam people or something.
